I cannot say enough good things about Cakes by Carlos. The artistry of the cakes is fantastic. I had them design a cake to look like my daughter's graduation cap from college but updated for her doctorate and it was amazing. Amazing. Amazing. Amazing. They turn your vision into a reality all while tasting soooo good!!! We had a tie dye and tequila party for my mom and they went above and beyond on the cakes and the cookies. 10/10 times will return to cakes by Carlos for any future needs.

Went to this Bakery for my grandsons Bday cake. He requested a strawberry cake. I had passed it so many times and I'm glad I finally stopped in. They had strawberry mousse!!! It was the best we ever had Agnes was a delight and they wrote his name on the cake. It was worth every penny!!! If you haven't stopped in yet, You Need To!!!!!
