Yet to find a more consistent smash burger than Centro, and the burgers are simple yet incredibly well-assembled, with quality ingredients that speak for themselves. Each bite is flavorful, juicy, and thoughtfully crafted, making this spot a must-visit for any burger lover. After renovations, the space has lightened up, but they could still use more sitting options and comfort in mind. Service can take some time if it's a rush, but the kitchen staff is doing a good job.
