As a frequent Culver's consumer, this store missed the mark on the customer service. Not rude but not what I would expect from Culver's Midwest hospitality. Food was great. Layout of store was good. Mostly clean but trashed did need to be emptied.

The drive-thru orders are hot and correct, with everything made fresh after you order. The restaurant is clean, making for a pleasant visit. Customers praise the deliciously juicy ButterBurgers and the variety of fresh custard flavors that are simply irresistible. The atmosphere is friendly and clean, with attentive staff and a welcoming environment. Many customers appreciate the kindness and hospitality of the staff, noting exceptional service from the manager and others. The restaurant also features a large parking lot, toys and meals for kids, and plenty of space and tables to accommodate wheelchairs.
