Dyanna (I hoped that I spelled her name right), was very professional, friendly and a joy to see. She greets with a smile, is eager to help and told me about the coupon for kids' ice cream. She was so friendly! Its good to see this type of customer service, nowadays. I visit Culver because my grandaughter likes the grilled cheese. She loves it now, because of the ice cream coupon. Our visit was very pleasant. The food was fresh and the bathroom and dining areas were clean.

I drove thru tonight to get 3 concrete mixers and 2 scoops in a dish with strawberries. I've gotten this many times. I waited over 15 mins for my ice cream, which is typical and direct really bother me. What was upsetting was that one of the mixers had Carmel all over the outside of it and was a total mess and worse the strawberries were frozen SOLID. Not edible. Just chunks of ice. After waiting a while the ice cream is nearly liquid and the strawberries are still frozen solid! For how expensive the ice cream is you would think they would do a better job. Disappointed

they serve raw food then laugh about it when you go in to have them correct it after they physically took my burger, saw it was raw, and laugh at me. and thats the type of people you hire to handle food for a restaurant? you know that children and old people also eat here? youre ok with serving them raw meat too? and laugh about it? disgusting. will literally never return.

This location has went down the drain, it lacks proper management, and staff can be rude even at drive up, I would suggest going to the Culver's in Wheaton, for exceptional service besides food.
