Menu is confusing as heck - I almost walked out because I was overstimulated. Additionally, I was charged $11 for a medium iced latte.. when I questioned the barista, she pushed back. I ordered an iced latte (medium iced biscoff latte to be exact).. I was charged for a biscoff chiller & had a $2 upcharge for it to be an iced drink. This is absolutely criminal & the barista acted like she could not be bothered. I told her she was lucky I was using my corporate card because...
Best hot chocolate ever!! Sometimes they get cheap with the amaretto flavoring..I always ask for extra..I want to taste it..some people put in a few caps.. can't taste it..but this girl made them so great..I went back to thank her and give her a bigger tip,but her shift must've been over when I finished both of them,as there was a guy there..sorry i didn't get her name,but if you figure out who she was telling her thanks for me..
The person working last afternoon was FANTASTIC. She was slammed with people coming in all at once, and was patient & kind with each person. She made a great coffee for me! She handled all the pressure exceptionally well!
