shout out to jonathen he helped me by making sure my potatoes were filled and switched from the spoon that wont grab sauce to the one that can he added the sauce and got my pizza slice he has the kinf of customer service we want as consumers thank you jonathen

The pizza is always really good and consistent. However, some reviews note a decline. The portion sizes of the roasted potatoes and Ziti have decreased, and the garlic bread now "sucks" compared to the old butter and Parmesan croissant things. The food quality and taste remain good for now, but the customer service has declined for some, with new staff being less friendly. The food court eating area is decently sized with plush seating, and the upstairs seating area by the big windows is clean with a nice view.
