The staff clearly didn't want to be there. We weren't greated by the staff. We ordered a toasted club lulu with avocado spread. At other Jimmy John's they have placed the avocado spread on the sandwich. The avocado was on the side. They couldn't provide us with a knife to spread the avocado spread. 5 stars for the food because it tasted so good.

I accidentally selected pickup instead of delivery for my lunch order. I was unable drive there because of work. The manager on duty reached out to check in. After +2 hours we were able to pickup our order, the employee on duty remade our sandwiches on the spot because they were concerned the sandwiches would be soggy.

Our online order was missing a sandwich and Sam helped us with our order. We found a sandwich missing once we got back to our work facility. Sam was very pleasant and made our sandwich fast and then delivered it to us at work. Major credit to him. We need more people like him in the food industry. Thank you Sam!

I ordered delivery from here be myself they are freaky fast. I am on a tight schedule and am now behind because I have to wait on an outsourced uber driver. From time of order to delivery, it is going to be just shy of an hour! Normally, they deliver within 15 minutes.🤯
