Matari Coffee Co. is a beautiful cafe with elegant decor and a distinct Middle Eastern ambience that exudes grandeur. It is a bigger place that looks fancy and offers a cozy spot to sit and work or just slow down. It appears more for professionals and adults who want to talk or do their work quietly, although a bunch of teens come here. The staff is super friendly and the service is excellent.

The cafe has one of the largest selections of desserts and snacks, with several desserts if you like sweet stuff. Everything ordered is delicious. Specific items include the Matari chai, which is the best, and the Adeni chai, which has the best taste ever. The Dubai chocolate cake is not too rich at all. Other notable desserts are the choco Turkish cake, baklava cheesecake, tiramisu cup pistachio, square strawberry mousse cake, kunafa, and matcha cloud, which can be customized with blueberry or coconut water and different sugar levels. They also have a big selection of drinks, like the excellent coffee and the lavender frappucino, which has a good mix of flavors. They also have a breakfast menu.

It is best to visit on a week night when it is not overly crowded, with plenty of seats and parking spaces in the large shared parking lot. While the desserts can seem expensive, they are worth the price. It is one of the better coffee shops in the western suburbs.
