Went inside waited for 10 minutes and no one came to the counter. Went through drive thru at 5:40pm ordered 10 piece chicken nuggets. The nuggets were dried out, stale and old. Couldn’t eat them, they went in the garbage.

Food is fine for a fast food joint. But the staff regularly screws up my in app orders. Was unable to use my in-app deal for a sandwich, fries, and drink combo for 4.59, and was told it was not possible. But have had no trouble using this at other locations. The cashier had zero clue what I was referring to. The manager refused to honor it even after being showed the deal and explained the deal did not say what it said on the screen. Pretty frustrating, and I was rather annoyed that I had to argue semantics with her, especially when it clearly says otherwise in app. When trying to show her the coupon, she would not look at it and kept insisting it could not cost that much. I understand the price is cheap, but that’s the point of the in-app coupons. She did not make an attempt to look at the in app coupon to confirm and adjust the price. Just argued and told me to pay. I will be skipping this establishment from now on, as I can’t trust them to honor what they should.

The only McDonalds in 40 years that screws my order up everytime. I usually go out of my way and drive the McDonald's in villa park even though I live next to this one. I always hope that the management has turned over and something will change. Really surprised they have not figured out how to run one of these places. Every other McDonald's I've ever been to seem to get it right everytime.
