I waited a long time for my food around 25 minutes just for one meal not only that it wasn’t even that busy later on I had called for The applications they have online and an employee or whoever answered the phone was very rude and being disrespectful when I’m trying to ask simple questions about the job or if I can speak to a manager, had an attitude & ask me why I’m calling.

food was absolutely awful. Ordered a big mac meal and the bread was old and hard, the patties were completely dried out and the fries were cold.Flor you need to get it together! This place used to be good.

Horrible! placed a order online here by accident and I called them up and asked if they could cancel it and for a refund to they hung up on and didn’t give no helping answer saying “you can do it online” and hung up i called again and i got no answer horrible this was yesterday

Went there trying to use my app, the app wasn’t working I asked for help they said I don’t know figure it out what can I get for you. Then when I got the app working I went back around the app clearly says I can get a sausage egg and cheese biscuit with the code they told me no you can’t not with cheese so I pulled up and showed them in black and white it says I can they said well that’s too bad our computer doesn’t read it so we can’t do it even though I’m showing them! Very untrained and unprofessional horrible experience. Don’t believe me ? Here’s proof !

It's ok. Solid on the coffee, but often get orders wrong. I know it's gotta be tough to staff the place as I see regulR turnover there.

The most horrible dirty place I've ever seen!I said it's a black thing, they don't know themselves! I asked them to change the orders, they gave me back the same order, such places should be closed! This can poison a person !!!

Thanks for giving me food poisoning from mid handling your meat ordered two bacon double quarter pounder plain first one was good second one the meat was bad use to work at McDonald’s I love spending 17 dollars to be sick for three days

I’ve visited this McDonald’s location several times, and while the staff is always friendly and polite, the service leaves much to be desired. Unfortunately, despite their positive attitudes, my orders are consistently wrong. Whether it’s missing items, incorrect ingredients, or forgetting basic condiments and utensils, it seems like the attention to detail is severely lacking.
No matter how clearly I specify my order, it never arrives as expected, and I’m left frustrated every time. It’s disappointing because the staff is clearly trying, but the end result is simply not acceptable. A friendly smile can’t make up for missing or wrong items, especially when I’m relying on getting a quick, correct meal on the go.
I sincerely hope management steps up to address these issues because the team deserves better support to deliver the quality service customers expect.
Edit: it’s been several days and the manager/owner has refused to acknowledge my review. i’ve been waiting in like for 15 minutes for 4 hot and spicy mcchickens ordered my food at 8:55 and finally getting it now at 9:10am
