I went online to place a delivery order today. After completing the order, I discovered that I incorrectly placed the order as pickup. I immediately called the location and a very nice gentleman answered my call, understood my situation and cancelled my order so I could place the corrected one. It’s been a long time since I went to Potbelly but I had a coupon for a free entree. Located close to Kitakata Ramen, Kai Sushi, and Anything Fitness. Parking lot is ample. I was immediately greeted by the staff. I ordered a pizza melt and added on mac and cheese. This was a takeout but the restaurant itself was clean. The mac and cheese was eh, I made better mac and cheese from those Kraft boxes. The sandwich was decent but tasty but decent. I had better tasting sandwiches...
