I had a wonderful experience at Ra sushi! The food is amazing and it is a very well kept establishment! They keep the place clean and everyone is very kind. Adam helped me and provided a wonderful service making my night even better! He has a positive attitude and gives the vibes of a hard worker but someone who also has lots of fun!

Great sushi. We travel from an hour away to get it from RA. This tends to be a destination spot for our family for special events and the service and ambiance never disappoint.

the way we got treated was so shocking! names were being thrown at us and the manager was letting it happened! so sad and so dissapointing! never again

Food was great. Service was subpar. We went in for happy hour specials but paid more for items we thought were on happy hour menu but were charged extra (edamame w garlic), $10 instead of $4. That server knew we came in for happy hour, but did not advise us. Was not attentive to our table either even though the place was practically empty. Disappointing.

The staff at the Lombard location were horrible to my friends and kicked them out for no reason when they were meeting their friends. Terrible customer service BOOOOO ????

The food is good but the service is so slow we had to wait for our food for 30 minutes when it came to the table it was cold. Our waitress only come two times just the get the tips, also our dessert was talking very long and had to ask to get it to go. Poor quality service never coming back. Also for the manager a 15% card does not solve the problem.

The manager in Lombard location, Micheal, was amazing! So accomodating, super nice, respectful! I would def go back because of his service. Food was great! Micheal needs a raise

They said it was a little slow this week. Went four the first time. There were a few things we really enjoyed but any of the items that had the "crab meat" we didn't care for. Maybe next time order it without. Our waitress was friendly and attentive.

First time in here yesterday evening. We walked in with no reservations and were seated immediately! our server Neha (sorry if i didnt spell that right) was the best! the food was great! the drinks Neha recommended were sooooooo good! we will 100% be coming back for the service alone! 10 out of 10 all around ♡︎

I’ve been eating here for years since 2019, & the food never fails to amaze me! The atmosphere is great, especially at night! The staff is friendly, & very welcoming. Especially Adam, he’s one of the managers who always brings an amazing vibe to the Ra Sushi experience. One of the many reasons why I always come back is because of how well he takes care of his customers, & because of the food!

The drinks too! The bartenders there have an amazing talent, especially when it comes to their seasonal drink menu!

If you haven’t had the chance to experience Ra Sushi, I highly recommend you make some time this weekend to do so! It’s a must if you’re a fan of authentic sushi, & Ramen!
Make sure you ask for Adam!
