The Patio in Lombard is easily one of the best fast-casual dining spots in the area! While the prices might be a bit higher than your typical lunch, the quality of the ingredients and meals make it well worth it. My personal favorite is the Ranchero Chicken Sandwich—it’s always fresh and packed with flavor.
The staff here are super fast and friendly, and sometimes you’ll get your food within minutes of sitting down. The spacious seating is a huge plus too! With tons of tables, a bar area, and outdoor seating, finding a spot even during peak hours is never an issue. Highly recommend for a satisfying, high-quality meal!

Great place. I have been here several times. Never disappoints! Food is great, arrives to your table quickly. Always hot and tasty. Booths and tables available. Walker, rollator and wheelchair accessible with choice of booth or regular table. I had chicken breast sandwich. My sister had burger and fries. Free drink refills. I like it that you order the food at a register and they deliver it to your table. Great menu variety. I think for 2 for lunch it was about $30. Clean. Not too noisy. Clean restrooms. Servers are very polite and friendly. Nice place for a smaller group, like 1 or 2 people to 6 or 8.

My family and I have been coming to The Patio for quite some time now but there seems to be a shift in service. Last time I ate here I was greeted with a scoff and angry looking face by the old white man working the patio area. He also happened to serve my food that day in which he chucked our food onto the table and walked away. After that interaction I didn’t want to come back. I decided to give them another chance today and was greeted with same angry looking face from the same guy paired with another old lady with curly hair working the patio. I decided to come get a late lunch today and figured it would be fine because it wasn’t busy. Ordering my food was fine. I didn’t wait that long until my food was served at the table. An older lady who brought my food over didn’t even smile or say hello. I hesitantly thanked her and her response was “gimme that” and pointed to the number card. Didn’t even give me 2 seconds to grab it before demanding me. 5 minutes later I witnessed both the older man and older lady serve other tables. She served a white gentleman and asked “is there anything else i can get you sweetie”? The old man served an old white couple and even had conversation with them. Notice something? Is it because I’m not white you’re forced to look away in disgust and can’t even give me simple hello? Been to other locations and never have a felt so uninvited. Do not eat here if you’re a person of color. They clearly only care about white families coming to eat here. Shame on you guys considering most of your kitchen staff are people of color!!!

My first serving of shrimp was raw. The second batch was done inside but the coating was overcooked. The oil was probably too hot. The potato was a little under done.
The pulled pork was tough.

I’ve eaten here dozens of times, I’ve never been disappointed or dissatisfied to date.
I only rate 4 star because I have not tried other foods as yet and it was only my first time. I rated it 4 stars as a first time visitor because the food I tried was very good, so did my sister in law, my niece and fiance, my grand niece and grand nephew and most of all my husband who is one of the best cook I knew loved what he ordered. Most of all from the line, ordering staff, cashier and server made it such a Perfect experience.

This is a great place to meet a friend for lunch or dinner, but it's too loud for a romantic date -- mostly families with kids and the over-65 crowd. My biggest complaint is the lack of sustainable dinnerware. I do not like throwing out a lot of single-use containers after one meal. The food was good, but I prefer plates and glasses.

Very casual place, great food , ribs, ? burgers ? moderate to high prices. Salads, kids menus, some Chicago classic like Chicago style hot dogs and Italian beef. Very kid friendly. Wide choice and food and sides. Nice comfy dining area, they will bring out your food when it's ready ? I have tried a lot of items on many visits and I think you would have to find something that you can enjoy... try it you will like it
