I stop by this Starbucks once a month or so. I always order in the cafe and service is quick, mornings and evenings. Baristas are all friendly. Jessica often takes my order and knows what I normally get which is nice. Natalie is very good at making the drinks taste good. Cafe is always clean.Oleato drinks are awful though.

My experiences at Route 83/Aptakisic Long Grove Starbucks have been outstanding. Great customer service the very first time when the barista, noticing I worked from my vehicle, provided extra napkins, elevating a simple visit into something memorable. Consistently nice and exceptionally quick service even with a line. The 'order ahead' feature is always turned on - even during busy times so I know what to expect. Although you have to wait at multiple left turn lanes when exiting and rejoining the highway (if you’re heading south on 83) the quick service, consistency and personal touch make this location worth it. Highly recommend.

Fast & consistent - mile long drive thru, mobile pick up or long wait in store, I can count on this location to be efficient on my orders especially when picking up something before my commute to work. This Starbucks has a cute cafe vibe with plenty of seating. Baristas are always friendly.

Went to this location recently, and we were waited on by Margaret at the drive-through.. she was so nice and personable. I just felt the need to leave her a review. Great job, Margaret, keep up the good work. It's people like you that will keep us coming back to this location specifically even if it is a little bit further away from where we are.

Worst experience. Ordered my son a frozen lemonade with strawberry. They gave him something completely different. Then charged me for them remaking the order we asked for. Worst Starbucks ever.

Starbucks is known for having good crewmembers, but this team is exceptional in their customer service. Warm, friendly, and when I have a question, they are not condescending at all. Even more helpfully, they seem to anticipate the question I might ask next and offer the information I'm going to need before I can even say it. And they say it with a smile! Today, when the barista handed me my beverage, she actually said "I made this with love!". Highly recommend this location.
This Starbucks has a great crew and the coffee is always perfect, particularly the Nitro cold brew. Almost like having a nice cold Guinness!

Drive thru barista was rude both times I tried this location. I ordered my usual coffee here, they got it wrong and when I went in to politely ask that it be fixed I was met with rude stares and the assurance that they made it right (they didn't). I ended up throwing out my $7 coffee because it was awful. Won't be back to this location.
