Best staff of all Starbucks
I just wanted to say thank you to this location. I had a panic attack before entering this specific Starbucks and I told them I wasn’t having a good day. They gave a cake pop I left with a smile on my face I could cry because mental health is very important and this place just knew how to show me their appreciation so THANK YOU!

Starbucks Coffee Company, located at 775 S. Rand Road in Lake Zurich, IL, is praised for its friendly and professional staff who provide excellent customer service. Many visitors highlight the warm interactions with team members like Casey, who is noted for her helpfulness and positive demeanor, and others like Ashley and Jason, who leave a lasting impression with their kindness. The small location features a cozy outdoor patio for good weather, although the parking lot can become challenging when the drive-thru gets busy.
While most experiences are positive, there are occasional reports of less enthusiastic service, especially during busy times. One customer noted a less welcoming interaction at the drive-thru with their pet. However, many reviews emphasize the overall friendliness of the staff and the quality of service. One visitor even shared a story about how a barista went out of their way to make a drink when there was a mix-up with a mobile order, showcasing the commitment to customer satisfaction. Overall, this Starbucks is a beloved spot for many locals, known for its consistent and wonderful service.
