The Chatter Box of Long Grove

Great burger. Wouldn't recommend the apps. Some of the worst service I've had in a long time.

Planned to sit outside on their great patio but storm coming in sent us to upstairs dining room. The music was too loud and the service slow.

Food was very good. A little noisy. Service was the low point for us. After our initial server took our order and brought us drinks, she never came back to us. We did see her with other customers. I saw what looked like our order waiting to be brought out, sitting for a few minutes. About when I was ready to ask anyone about it, a younger worker looked at it and brought it out to us, apologized about the wait, no reason stated why. A different person finally came by to ask if we needed anything more. Then had to flag someone down, not our server who we hadn't seen since early on, to get our check.

We enjoyed our dinner at Chatterbox. The food was good and it was a wonderful evening for sitting outside. The service was under par at best. Our waitress was pleasant enough, but had too many tables to service. She brought the wrong drink order to our table, but we just went with it because we did not know how long it would take to correct the order. Bottom line, we would go there again and hope it was just a night that was understaffed.

This was our first time dining at Chatterbox. We had a great dinner , food was delicious, atmosphere was wonderful and server was amazing. We sat outside and enjoyed the live music. Will definitely be back.

Loved the outdoor patio with umbrella. The food was great. There were 4 people in our group and they all loved their entrees. Great menu! The swing seat looks inviting, maybe next time.

Visiting family so we stopped in at Chatterbox. Great atmosphere, prompt service and outstanding food. I had the bee hive cheddar burger with their homemade chips and a Bell’s Amber ale. Great tasting food, a must repeat and a welcome home. Stay classy Long Grove.

Witch's night out was a great time we loved it and the Beacon wrapped dates are out of this world. The service was exceptional for being so busy.

Enjoyed this place. Lots of good options to choose from. Our food came out good. The burger was cooked to the right temp. The wings were delicious. The only negative I had was the fries they tasted like the oil they were cooked in. Overall a nice spot.
