Went in to get some coffee and a donut. Instead of just taking my order, they recommended using the app on my phone. When I did that, the order would not go through to their system. So they ended up having to take the order manually- like they should have done in the first place, instead of wasting my time and making me wait and jump through hoops for a simple coffee. Come on, man!!! You should be better than this!!!

Customer service has been absolutely terrible the last two times I’ve visited this location. Used to go out of my way to get coffee from this Dunkin' but it looks like this one went downhill.

Why order ahead on the APP if it's not going to be close to ready? Everyone was polite but totally inefficient, I imagine it's more the apps fault than the store. The app also promised a free donut on Weds with purchase of drink, which I ordered and did not receive, nor was it in the receipt so again 'what's the point' of the APP?

Don’t buy at this place if your in a hurry, they made me wait like 15 min in the parking lot for my order, and that’s only because I went inside and cancel my order.

The workers said the kiosk wasn't working but they wouldn't help us order anyway. They repeatedly gave us looks but still didn't help. We've came to this Dunkin Donuts multiple times but always bad service when you walk inside.

Ordered 2 plain bagels with cream cheese not toasted. They came out toasted, they went into the back to get me 2 more bagels. Come to find out they gave me the same bagels in a toasted bag.

It's loud here. They just don't get it that no sugar in the tea means no sugar and I shouldn't have to repeat myself. They need vegan options as well as vegetarian.

I don’t normally leave reviews, nor trying to be a Karen, but I felt really uncomfortable going into this location. They rolled their eyes when I asked for a box of coffee, touched her hair in between grabbing donuts, and laughed at us in a condescending way when we forgot our bag of sugar/cups for the box of coffee.

8 cars in the drive thru. After 12 minutes the 1st car in line was still sitting at the window. Sorry DD, your coffee, food & lack of service weren't worth the wait so I took my business elsewhere & will continue to do so!

Food is always gross, it's nearby my house so I usually come for my morning coffee. The iced coffee they make is pretty decent however during specific times of the day I've learned when the younger kids are working my coffee will taste horrible. I asked for a hot drink in the drive thru, pulled up to the window paid and then waited for 10 minutes. No one was behind me in line, when the girl came to the window she asked what I was still waiting for. I showed her my receipt and she asked another employee if my drink had been made. When I finally got my drink it was an iced drink that tasted horrible. I didn't have time to wait around for them to remake it since I had an appointment to get too. I've been going to this location for a while and I'm usually always disappointed. I might just start going to the other location across town where I know my coffee won't be messed up.

I went there this morning 10/11/23 around 7:10 am. I went thru the drive thru & ordered two coffees, a croissant & a wrap. He said pull forward for your food. No problem. After about 5 minutes of waiting & seeing the workers inside hand other people their food, I decided to go inside because maybe they forgot about me? I said "I'm waiting for my food" to a lady with blue eyebrows & she looked at me and walked away. I then stood there for another 5 minutes waiting for someone to say something, anything to me. So after 10 minutes someone finally asked me what I was waiting for and I said a croissant & a wrap. They walked away. Then another person finally asked me what I needed & finally gave me my food after about 15 minutes of waiting and being blatantly ignored. Not a single person ever greeted me when I walked in, asked how they could help me, or apologized for the wait when I was obviously upset. Everyone working had terrible attitudes & I will not be back again. Thank you (: if I could do 0 stars I would.

Nice place on the inside. Good for getting work done. However, the service is a bit lackluster. If you go through the drive through, they get your order wrong 9 times out of 10. There's been times where we ask for certain donuts and instead they give us different ones. I've been inside there and they are rarely out of said donuts. If you go inside there are only two people there and they tell you to use the tablet to order. The Dunkin tablet software has got to be one of the buggiest I've ever seen on one of these kiosks. But nonetheless, the service is never rude, just a bit incompetent at times

I don’t know why, but this location is terrible . They never have any donuts , their machines are always down and today I had my husband go pick up a mobile order and they didn’t have anything available and apparently the person working didn’t know how to offer a refund ? So now i’m out money with nothing from my order and will have to complain to customer service about a refund . This is the last time I will ever return to this location .
