Javamania is a a great buisness! I got my grounded beans shipped swiftly and they tasted so fresh. It’s the only place me and my family members get out coffee from now, their variety of sizes and flavors is more than enough for my family to be satisfied forever! They even have K-cups!!! Ordered from them for the past year and have only positive things to say.

I am disappointed that I’m having to write this review as I’ve been ordering Javamania for years.When I first became a local customer, they went to the effort of hand delivering my beans and had some of the best customer service I’d ever experienced. I was able to call them by phone and ask for minor changes to orders and even went into their facility to pick up my beans.Now they don’t have any phone number listed, and any email responses are either severely delayed or nonexistent.I recently had submitted my yearly order of gifts along with my regular order and mere moments after placing an order I realized I had forgotten to add another bag of beans. I quickly emailed them and had planned on following up with a phone call to discover they cannot be called anymore. What’s worse is that they responded with an email stating that my request had been handed over to the appropriate “department” and that I’d receive a response.Several days later (after they sent my order without a response) I followed up with them and instead of apologizing and trying to make things better they give me some corporate generalized response that they cannot accept orders by email. No explanation or apology for not providing me with any response to my original request nor thanking me for raising attention to an issue I’ve been having with their bags (defective ziplock bags), just a plain seemingly ai created response.I am grieved to say that I’ll likely be looking for another local small batch roastery as I think this one has grown beyond being “small batch” and their customer service appears to have dropped off a cliff over recent months.P.S. While this address appears to be listed on Google as a restaurant, it is not.Also: they can respond quickly to reviews but not to emails? Not even an apology but only providing negative critical responses to a 4+ year customer. All they needed to do to keep me as a customer was a little humility and a simple apology. But they can’t even do that.

Beans are great. Business model and customer service are trash. After waiting all day for chat response and 2 different email addresses someone was finally available, likely only because I mentioned wanting money back. Been waiting 9 days for coffee and finally someone got back to me that it was on the way. I would have been happy with a simple apology, but apparently Tim Smith is above that so all I received was a ?.

Been buying for 18 months, love it! They have a quiz that lets you figure out what coffees you might like too. Chat gives a good way to get recommendations too.

Always fresh coffee, and very nice people! I would highly recommend ordering your coffee from here - you can get whole beans or ground, with many blends to choose from - we've always been satisfied with our orders, along with quick service!
