Had the waitress tell me that she would go inside and "see if there was anyone who WANTED to wait on me". This was after we waited 18 minutes AND watched her come out and bring beer, food and check on the table that was one table over from ours. There was another couple sitting on the other side of us that also had not been acknowledged and they heard what she said to me. They got up and left the restaurant. My guess, they won't return. No, we are not young, we were not abusive, I wasn't even angry. We had waited almost 20 minutes and she had come out to serve a table less than 10 feet away and never so much as said hello. But the comment of seeing if anyone would want to wait on me sits very rough on my nerves. I will be talking about it loudly and for a long time. And, yes, I did try to speak to a manager. According to the bartender, management doesn't work weekends. WOW!

We ordered on the phone for pickup. The estimated time to prepare the meals was 30-45 min. It's not bad considering I was 25 minutes away at the time. We ordered three orders of classic wings plain with the sauce on the side. Cost was reasonable, and there was a ton of food. Wings were best around, even with the new wing place down the street. I would go back, and I have gone back a few times!

We arrived at 12:20 on Thursday July 18th, party of 2 with a third to arrive later. Apparently there was Only One server and to say she was overwhelmed is an understatement. We waited at least 15 minutes for a drink and then when the food came out (2 burgers) she managed to dump most of my fries on the ground as we were seated on the patio, she said she would bring more but never did!! I don't care to listen to a Server telling tables How she just came back from vacation and she's tired!! Our 3rd arrived and never got any silverware or napkins so this was just an overall Bad experience ? I'm sitting here now with the dirty dishes piled up in front of me cause Apparently clearing them is no longer a Server job!!

I received a delivery request and I got there in about 10 minutes to pick up a burger and wrap. They definitely weren’t busy. I waited another 10 minutes before I got the order. No apology for waiting for order. Food delivery drivers don’t get paid for waiting time. It amazes me that local restaurants don’t realize or care that the driver could be a potential customer. I live very close and will never be a customer.
