I usually go to this Starbucks whenever I end up getting it. Today I went with my mom for my birthday week and our drinks weren’t good. I got a Strawberry Cream Frappuccino Blended Beverage with extra strawberry purée and it tasted like straight milk with a slight hint of strawberry. My mom got a Mocha Cookie Crumble Frappuccino and it did not taste how it normally does. Supper disappointed and head to a different location.Parking: For being really busy there was a lot of parking. Really busy drive-threw

Rude…. Threw the pup cup at my daughter practically. Then wasted 4 minutes of her life reading the label when they didn’t add cold foam to my drink and asked for it. Would’ve made her life easier if she had just added it without reading. She makes a great dollop of cold foam police. Didn’t bother reading her name.

Had to have one of the most unpleasant interactions with a human ever. The manager Christian has to be the most plastic and fake cheery individual I’ve ever encountered. The problem is, it’s like that every single time. He needs to tone it tf down and this is coming from someone who’s a morning person! There is no reason for someone to yell, “bing, bang, boom!” While handing me my card, then again to hand me my drink. Every. single. time.

Normally I don't complain about coffee but, today I walked in to pick up my mobil order and it tasted warm rather than iced cold. It was missing ice, apple drizzle and cookie crumble how for an $8 and almost 90 cents of an order for just the one item I expected it to be perfect and overall good. I will call the store at some point today.
Went to drive through and ordered a small hot chocolate and a small white hot chocolate. The normal hot chocolate was just okay. Very weak flavor. White hot chocolate on the otherhand was fantastic. Expensive. 2 small hot chocolates and it cost over $8
