I had a bit of a mishap after picking up my order. When I got to work I dumped all 3 of the drinks I had purchased all over my front seat. I went back to Sophie's, they remade my order, and when they found out what happen they wouldn't let me pay for my second order. Great customer service, food and drinks are great, and always have service with a smile. I believe in supporting the small town businesses
Employees here have always treated me well and go above and beyond with their timely service. Yesterday I spilled a drink as it was handed to me and the staff made me feel better about the embarrassing interaction and had my drink remade in a matter of a moment! Great local stop for some energy and maybe a quick bite

i really enjoy going to sophie's with my friends! a great plus is seeing one of the male workers, ryland. he is always so fun and sweet (and convinces me to buy the themed drinks). always makes my visit so special, great customer service skills!!!
