Buffalo Wild Wings

This Bdubs has definitely gone downhill past few times I've gone to this location they give me what looks and tastes like OLD food. They barely put any sauce on the wings; I could've just asked for sauce on the side if my wings are going to be that dry. Today I went in (it was busy bc of the Bears/Packers game so I'll give them that) and the staff up front were just complaining about the customers. I finally get my food & my fries are visibly old like they've been sitting a while so I politely ask for fresh fries because the ones I got looked old. They bring back my fries & you can tell they just redipped what was in the container and just gave me back the same exact fries I had!! This location used to be the better location but Machesney is just going downhill overall.

always have to wait 30+ minutes at the counter before someone will even talk to you, trash service

This place has declined so much. This was the last time we will go back. Food comes out cold and the place is filthy. Servers are too concerned about socializing with one another and complaining about patrons than doing their job. Food all over multiple tables, multiple tables not cleared as well. We had finished our food and waited 20 minutes for our bill. Servers came over once the entire time to check on us, and they were not busy at all.

Went for dinner, food was ok. Our server also bartender seemed to have difficulty managing. Felt bad for her all in all we waited around 10 minutes for check.

(Edit 12/13/2025). Recently the service has gone down hill. I waited 10 min to be seated. The hostess just stare me and didn't acknowledge me. It wasn't busy. When I sat down I didn't get any service till 10 minutes later. And they didn't even ask me to order anything. 2 different group arrived 10 minutes after us. Got said immediately. And had their order taken and drinks right away. I Just got up and left. This is not been the first time Or the second. If you're not white person stay away. Extremely racist location.

The food must have been sitting for a while because when we finally got it our mozzarella sticks were cold and so were our chicken strips. We tried this place again after not being here for over a year and now I am done giving it a chance. BWW will never be same as it used to be...so sad.

Don't. Decide you love yourself, those you are with and move along to somewhere else. The service and food were atrocious. We sat at our table for several minutes before being greeted by our server. This would be acceptable during a busy evening, but we were one of six tables. Eventually we put in drink orders, a beer and a cocktail. Our server came back to the table to take our food order stating they will check on the drinks. Not sure why they didn't check on the drinks before coming to take our food order. The drinks must have been sitting waiting though because the foam was able to dissipate from the beer. Our food order was placed and within a reasonable amount of time brought out by another individual. I'd wager prison cafeteria workers put more care and concern into how food is presented than did Buffalo Wild Wings on route 173 in Machesney Park, IL. The server came back, mentioning that she still needed to grab some items for us. We never received them because our server left us alone for the remainder of the evening. As frustrating as all this was the worst was yet to come! After deciding that our server wasn't coming back we left our booth and tried to pay at the front desk. We were told that we would have to wait for our server to pay because their system up front was not the same as the in house wait staff. At this point I'm abducted. Forced to stay, but strongly desiring to leave. I don't have it in me to walk out the door without paying although I felt justified in thinking this was a viable option. Instead, I wait for the check, pay and leave. All in all a real kick in the jewels BWW. My recommendation is go to McDonald's and get yourself some nuggets.

I would give it a 5 across the board, but when I go to Bdubs to eat & watch PPV fights on some Sat.nights, there is usually 1 or 2 families there with exhausted screaming babies or toddlers...even tho the fights may go til 12 or 1 in the am. When my kids were young & I got the opportunity to go out late, I either got a bbsitter or left by 9 or 10, @ the latest. These people show up between 7- 9 & stay til the end of the fights, even if their children are loudly screaming|crying. In my opinion, that is not fair to the babies or the other patrons.
Other than that, my only negative comment would be that they don't keep up with the female's bathroom sanitation. It may be clean at the beginning of the evening, but then appears that it is untouched the rest of the night, & unfortunately some patrons leave messes.
As far as the food goes, I've never had anything there that I didn’t like or love!
Then there is Curtis & Savanna for servers! They deliver outstanding service & are genuinely fun, friendly, & attentive! They deserve raises!!!!
For the question on how much did I spend. I spend between $10-20, but then I leave an excellent tip!

Waited at our table for 25 minutes with 2 small kids without anyone even talking to usonce we were seated. Left had a beer across the street minutes later.

Rating on here because BWW forgot food in my delivery order. Should have known something was going to be missing. And when did they start cheating out on the carrots? Haven't had this place in years and now I know why. Couldn't even make an order right. Hopefully this is the next chain to go under, they deserve it.

Wings are always on point if you can get them hot and fresh which is not always the case but this visit it was.
