Buffalo Wild Wings

Rating on here because BWW forgot food in my delivery order. Should have known something was going to be missing. And when did they start cheating out on the carrots? Haven't had this place in years and now I know why. Couldn't even make an order right. Hopefully this is the next chain to go under, they deserve it.

At least 20 tables open and still took 20 mins to seat us then waited another 15 mins and never saw a waiter or waitress so ended up walking out!

Garlic Parmesean wings way too spicy the other night for my pickup order not really sure what happened but seemed to be a lot of spice added to the wings. Otherwise experience picking up was great.

Food was cold at the beginning. Kids order was wrong. We asked for the right order and ended up paying extra for the right order. Waitress was nice and helpful.

Food was disgusting. Burger was bland while soaked in oil. Fries were stale. Servers were negligent. This place is embarrassing

I ordered traditional wings for pick up n got boneless and I noticed when I got home… I live like 20 min away. Can I get my refund back??? Or some coupons atp

This place sucks. I’ve tried picking up wings here multiple times and every time there is no staining on them at all. These are supposed to be buffalo dry rub.

My husband and I order from this Bdubs a lot and I never leave reviews ever… this Bdubs never salts their fries. I don’t even know why I still bother ordering from them. I called and asked if they could salt the fries and I mentioned that they never come salted, how they are supposed to be. I got my food and once again, no salt. They left a side of salt instead but everyone knows that stuff falls right off and it just doesn’t taste as good. I called again this time speaking to the manager and she said she didn’t know if I meant I wanted extra salt when I clearly said that they never come salted and that was my whole issue. I’m never ordering from this Bdubs again. The Rockford Bdubs knows what they’re doing. I’m a fry Karen and I don’t care 😂

I'm from Houston Texas , In Illinois on work and very familiar with the BWW franchise.....They have never let me down In any state. Had a great evening yesterday, the food came quickly, wonderful staff and always the best wings.....I love trying different combinations with the dipping sauces😊
