I'm from Houston Texas , In Illinois on work and very familiar with the BWW franchise.....They have never let me down In any state. Had a great evening yesterday, the food came quickly, wonderful staff and always the best wings.....I love trying different combinations with the dipping sauces😊
Waited awhile for food to come out and thats ok, my family was not in a hurry but when we finally received the food, it came out warm and not hot like it had been sitting. I told the waitress, and she didn't say she could make it over or discount the bill or any suggestions, just that she was sorry.. We did do ahead and eat half of it, wasn't cold just to wait the time we did definitely should be hot, seems like they waited for all the food to get done to bring it out...
I am Consistently at this Buffalo Wild Wings for The Games As it’s Close to my house,The service has always been Great but the last few times the service has been top notch 🔥 I’ve had the same waitress the last few times I’ve been there, I wish I could remember her name but she kicks major butt and gets done what she has to get accomplished like nobody else as well as being super sociable and funny! 😂
