Asked for meal off the broiler. Usually it's hot to bite when it is and cheese melting. But jr and reg whopper were microwaved. How you know one food bagged and sitting at cold window. Take off bun cheese in middle completely melted. Burger barely warm. We know off the broiler guess speed is worth more than satisfaction.

The Manager that we ran into (12/18/24 Noon) was awesome. She brought out our food and was polite and brought us out extra sauce to modify our food. Will definitely be coming back

Over priced,smaller portions overall a complete rip off.
Kyle talked to me as if I was a child who didn’t understand him. I let him speak to me in a demeaning manner twice and when he was finished being condescending I asked him if he felt he was being kind and he told me “yeah so what I’m direct” I believe you can be both without belittling people. Management do better. Hope Kyle has more training in speaking to people while being respectful, not that serious.

The worst experience ever. I can't believe they hire people like that to do customer service. Put them in the far back at least. They had big loud mouths and bad attitudes. They should be fired. I'm pretty sure one of them has split personalities. She was trying to act innocent like a victim when everyone in line witnessed her attempting to mimic me, yelling and screaming at me. It was clear that they targeted me. Jealousy and narcissism from both. The manager is a follower. There was one girl whom wasn't acting a fool and I really hope she finds a better job away from people like them. They're not smart enough to know that slushies melt and to know the difference between flour on a bun and mold. The Coca Cola settled to the bottom of the slushy and ice wasn't even covered with it. She was at that cash register forever acting like she was getting my money that I didn't even need. How difficult is it to hand over $11? It was scary how quickly she switched up her attitude once she realized they were being watched. I have autoimmune disease and had I not looked at the bottom of my burger I would have had food poisoning and possibly worse. Low lives like them can never be expected to do right by apologizing. They're trashy. Not classy.

Parking: There is plenty of parking in there Big parking lot. They keep it very clean with plenty of lights.
