Just had the maple bacon and my roomates got others. All EXTREMELY DELICIOUS. Will now always be my go to spot when I’m in the Rockford area for donuts and baked good! 🤤🤤🤤🤤

I always love the donuts and coffee varieties, great atmosphere and everyone's very accommodating. This time I didn't get donuts and coffee but a 2 tier birthday cake. The lady is friendly and very helpful, let's see how it turns out!..thank you!

Showed up the day before thanksgiving... with wife and children, had almost no doughnuts available. Left to come back Friday when they open at 6. Came back Friday, There was now a sign on the door that wasnt there Weds. that said they would open at 7. So I had to wait for an hour, with my family in the car for doughnuts. The drive there and back wouldn't have justified leaving. While we waited in the car, we discussed what we thought the employees daily routine was and how dedicated these people were to making doughnuts for the community. We also discussed how annoying it is that Dunk N Doughnuts opened a store 2 blocks down the road to steal their business 😡. Today is the 4th time ever visiting this place.
After the hour passed, we went inside... to ONCE AGAIN... discover they were VERY short supply of doughnuts.
But not wanting to disappoint the children again, procceded to ask for a random dozen and pick from what they did have available. While waiting, I wanted to have answers to some of the questions we discussed in the car and asked the woman what time they have to wake up to make doughnuts. The woman was seemingly very annoyed (probably in anticipation, for customers to be unhappy about their supply and selection) and said, What? WE all Just Got here at 7...
Which was a lie, because at 6 when we got there people were inside walking around. So, Ok... That was a lie to a question I did't asked... and so I said "I mean what time do you have to get up to be here and make doughnuts.
And she again (Very Rudly) said they don't make the doughnuts, they come in from Harvard... and I just looked at her in amazment for a few seconds before returning to my family...
~ To the owners: I dont have much of a life... I was disabled and am a stay at home dad. Every day is exactly the same. I home school my children. We dont watch the programming on Television.
I'm very unappreciated and have no other family or friends in the area to have a meaningful relationship with... I dont do pretty much anything.
So, when I decide to pay for a service and products at your stores,
to then have the products I came for be mostly unavailable
and then your employee or manager steal what little joy and excitement I have to be at your store, by treating me like im a PoS... Not only will I never return, but neither wil my children. I have instilled in them the values of being kind and honest... and Never forcing anyone or company to take your money. Today, was the 4th time in 4-5 weeks that we came here. It's also the last. That dunkin doughnuts 2 blocks away, has literally never looked so good.

I always love stopping into the bakery when I am in town. The staff is wonderful and always willing to help answer any of my questions about the new items they have. I highly recommend stopping in.

Not happy about being asked to tip someone for putting donuts in a box!

Sent my daughter to get a bear claw and they told her it was same as a apple fritter.? Otherwise the donuts are average and service was ok. Out of allot at 9:00am guess will have to go earlier.

Had surgery 2 weeks ago & was craving a snowball. Very disappointed. A small amount of filling inside but it was still tasty but the cake part of the donut was yellow instead of white. Did you change your flour?

I haven't been by there for a few years. I am so happy to have been able to dine in and relax with my Long John and coffee.

Ordered a birthday cake for my friends through the website where you can choose the options, colors etc. It was ready right on time when I needed it, and the cake turned out even better than I had imagined. I chose green as the color of the message font and they used multiple shades of green throughout the wording, balloons and decorative border. It was a great creative decision to really take a basic design up several notches that I didn't even think about ahead of time. It's that kind of caring for the end product and the customer experience that will make me a return customer for life!

I stopped this morning at the bakery in Woodstock and grabbed a treat before work and was welcomed with a smile and a Good Morning. I am so glad to have a bakery back in town and able to support a local business vs a chain.
