First time at your shop.Disappointment of products. When I purchased donuts, coffee cake, scones and cream puffs. Not fresh, very stale. Will not be back. Very displeased, has failed to fulfill my hopes.

The Chop Suey and the Yummy were immediately devoured in the car...most of the rest of the box made it home. Everything was delicious!

Went in for the first time this week and I was very happy with the doughnuts I purchased. I will definitely be going back for more.

I ordered a cake this year and it was super delicious! The chocolate cake was moist and the strawberry buttercream filling was perfect and not too sweet.

They wanted an extra $21 dollars just for sprinkles on my order containing 23 donuts- making the total $51. Will go to Dunkin across the street next time since theirs are cheaper and actually include sprinkles 🫢

I ordered a custom cake for my daughters birthday in last January. I was instructed to send email of my complaint. The cake sides were falling, the writing tinted everyone's lips purple. Taste horrible. I haven't heard a word from them. We will never return. I also made a Facebook review. I will spread my review every month since they want to ignore my complaint and pictures of how they claim to stand behind their horrible work.

The donuts here are always delicious, & the service is always excellent. The prices cannot be beat, but get there early, especially on Sundays, if you want the largest variety of tasty treats to choose from!

😞 bakery is by far the best but they messed up our order and didn’t tape and fold the box correctly. The box folded onto the cake and it was destroyed when we got home. It at least was tasty.

The best bakery in town!!! Cakes, donuts, pastries, coffee!!! Its all great!

The cake tasted just ok but it was nothing special and the writing was a bit sloppy *But* the employees here need to be trained on how to talk and deal with customers! They act like you are putting them out just by going in and seem especially annoyed if you ask a question. Please, please, please learn some people skills and BE NICE.

I ordered a small cake for a baby shower and it was a mess! When I picked it up I thought it looked buckled on one side but the box was stapled so we didn’t open it all the way. When I got to our venue I opened it right away and the layers were sinking and sliding. The design (art work) was horrible and the writing was shaky. I called the following week and was asked to send pictures which I did and never heard from anyone even after I reached out a second time! So disappointed, I have gotten what we considered our special cakes always from By The Dozen but never again.

Anyone who gives less than five stars! I hate you all! What is better?! Say it! No! You just say not great or something stupid! This place has the best everything! If you want to give them anything less than 5 it should only be the hours, nothing else!

I was raised in the area, and to this day, at almost 30, the cream filled long johnn is the greatest donut I have ever had. The family and staff know what they are doing, and are loved by those for the quality and price they have produced for DECADES. Thank you,.it is a privilege to eat your guy's food.
