Chipotle Mexican Grill

It was EXTREMELY dirty in there. My stomach has been upset for 3 days. I have the worst stomach ache of my life I’m not even kidding. Never ever going here again. Not even if anyone paid me or if I got free food for life. NOT WORTH IT.
I was there for a pick up on Tuesday night. Also they charged me extra for wanting my topping on the side??

I paid 22$ for a double protein salad bowl. Issue one, double steak and NONE of it is edible. Ever single piece is all fat and grisle. I have attached a picture for example. Issue 2, the bowl comes with guacamole and is NOT an extra charge. When mentioning this to the check out rep he starts laughing and shrugs his shoulders as if whatever. Not really a whatever moment, im already paying 22$ for something inedible. Had to ask for management to remove it. Place is junk.

Dont bother with the tender steak. Every bite had to be spit out due to gristle. Not worth it.

The employee who took my order was extremely rude and impatient. He spoke in a harsh, drill-sergeant-like tone. When I politely asked for a little more chicken, he snapped back and told me I was only allowed one spoonful. I was very disappointed by his attitude and will not be returning to this location.

Meat was completely rotten and inedible. Guacamole was brown. Called to let staff know and have them pull meat from the counter. Impossible to reach anyone at the store location and customer service was of no help.

NASTY food, employees were nasty too. Floors were loaded, all tables were dirty, and when we asked if they could clean one we get an attitude with an aggressive employee that was not happy that we asked. Chipotle has really quit trying because these people in here preparing your food like you’re some prison mate in line to “get what you get” with a total attitude is a pretty sad standard. Chipotle needs to step up the cleanliness because this new standard of eating at dirty tables, food all over the floor, and an attitude does not cut it for me. No more, I quit Chipotle!

Food was fantastic. I had 3 steak tacos and due to dietary restrictions I couldn't really load them up with ingredients but they were still overflowing. My brother had a burrito and having no dietary restrictions he loaded it up. They actually had to use 2 tortillas to hold everything. It almost looked like a football and provided my brother with 2 meals. I feel like we got our money's worth and then some.

Every time we visit this Chipotle store you never have ice tea. We sometimes drive a cross town to another Chipotle just for the ice tea. I’m not sure why a store 5 miles away seems to be able to have this item.

The tables were dirty when I walked in The service from two of the employees were the worst I had one lady that was okay but she would give me a face every time I'd ask her something or tell her I need cheese or I need extra rice or when I asked for the honey chicken she says we don't have it it's gone okay what tickets place nothing we have chicken we have steak we have barbecue different things but she didn't initiate the talk I had to ask what took the spicy chicken spot they just lost a place with me I won't be going there no more none of my family we would go there like two or three times a month but as of the other day yesterday matter of fact I will not be going back
