The tables were dirty when I walked in The service from two of the employees were the worst I had one lady that was okay but she would give me a face every time I'd ask her something or tell her I need cheese or I need extra rice or when I asked for the honey chicken she says we don't have it it's gone okay what tickets place nothing we have chicken we have steak we have barbecue different things but she didn't initiate the talk I had to ask what took the spicy chicken spot they just lost a place with me I won't be going there no more none of my family we would go there like two or three times a month but as of the other day yesterday matter of fact I will not be going back

Well, I gave them another chance, and they bombed! I walked in to pick up my order and the floor was disgusting. There was food everywhere - on the chairs, on the floor. I don't care that it is Saturday at 7:30 at night. And if I wanted to eat there, I wouldn't have been able to, because it was so disgusting.

Evidently, they put the wrong tag on the wrong meal.because what came home with me is not what I ordered? And I double checked the tag a couple times because the ribbon was running out and the receipt was hard to read. But it had my name on it, and it was stuck to this bag. And they think they deserve to be tipped?

This location will give you good portion on the bowls and the quality is nice. Black fella that took my order is running a tight ship.

I ordered a steak bowl just rice corn ,sour cream,cheese . INSTEAD I got a bowl of onions three pieces of meat, an a bunch of lettuce , beans nothing I asked for! the heaping scoops of lettuce ,beans and ONIONS where I couldn’t even eat the bowl tasted like I was eating a raw whole onion DO BETTER CHIPOTLE SAD YALL USED TO BE SO GOOD NOW YOUR OVERPRISED FOR SHIT LIKE THAT! Shame on yall

Terrible experience, and I usually love this chipotle. We waited to order for about five minutes until someone finally came over, and then there was only one employee helping us the whole time while at least five sat and just talked behind the counter. Tortillas were stale, and both of my parents found a bone in their meat. All the tables were dirty, and we had to clean one off to sit at.

It was starting to get busy with it being lunch time. Some tables were not cleaned up, because of other customers leaving there stuff on tables and floor. Staff was trying to get ahold of the problem.

Hard working crew in there. Definitely recommend ordering in store over online.

We came in about an hour and 10 minutes before closing, and the place was already picked clean. There were 6 to 8 staff members visible, most of whom were busy cleaning or standing around — but only one person was actually working the line. To make it worse, the manager was on her phone the entire time, completely disengaged.

There was no chicken, no peppers, no guac — basically none of the essentials you'd expect from a place like Chipotle. This isn’t the first time we’ve experienced this issue at this location, regardless of the time of day. There’s clearly a problem with night management and preparation. If this is how they consistently operate, it’s not worth coming back.
