Terrible preparation!! They could care less how they prepare your burritos. They basically rolled up ball with destroyed tortilla. Maybe just ask for a bowl next time, that way they can’t mess up. Definitely need more training!
Ordered online and the food was bot well made and meat portions were very scarce. The restaurant was filthy.

Guys please clean the dining room. It was an absolute disaster!! All tables were filthy, food all over the floor. I see TONS of reviews noting the same thing. This is clearly a pattern.
My bowl was mostly rice more than 90 percent
Horrible experience. Store does not close until 10. Walked in to a completely empty store (no customers) and was ignored by at least 5 or 6 employees that all were too busy doing their pre close duties to even acknowledge me. I asked to speak with the manager to let him know this is how customers are being treated (as another two customers came in and were ignored as well) he literally said “thanks for telling me” and walked back to the back again and didn’t even correct the problem. This is a frequent problem every time I’ve came into this specific store. Thanks for nothing. Won’t be back.
Took my granddaughter to this Chipotle and have NEVER been so disappointed. First they had nothing prepared after food items gone. There was a wait for chicken and white rice! My granddaughter wanted white rice and they brought out a bunch of cold CRUNCHY rice. She also wanted chicken and there was a 5 minute wait. The girl put 3 little pieces on her bowl and I asked are you really having us pay for that I asked them to take it off. I also forgot they barely put any rice to barely cover the bottom of the bowl. I asked if we could have a little more and the first two girls in front of serving rolled their eyes and gave us an attitude. After this occurred the condiment person barely gave us guac and it didn’t taste very good. My veggies were in chunks that I couldn’t eat it bc it was in big chunks and I had onion peels instead of onions in my bowl.
The reason I am writing all this is because I know that your restaurant has standards that need to be followed. She was the manager of this same store in 2012/2013. She took pride in her service and made sure she followed all policies and procedures. This was a big disappointment and even my daughter’s daughter 9 years old didn’t finish her meal. I had to stop eating my crappy veggies/peels and crunchy rice because it spoiled our appetites.

I just received my order but to my surprise as usual, the night crew sucks. I'm missing four tacos from which it was supposed to be 2 orders of 3 tacos and then the bowls were all missing items.
I will not be ordering from this place again. Sad part is they like to blame everything on grubhub. When they messed up.
Don’t come here if you have morals! I was at this location on March 3rd, 2025 around 7:10 PM with two friends—one of which identifies as a female, after her gender transformation. Following our entry, we went to the women’s bathroom as the unisex restroom was out of sight and she washed her hands for less than about 30 seconds. After leaving the women’s restroom, we were immediately scolded by a young woman with a nose piercing. She had an unnecessarily vicious attitude not giving a chance to my friend to justify herself. Furthermore, she returned for a second chance to ruin her professionalism after storming off angrily to again, yell and place my friend into an uncomfortable situation. This situation is unacceptable on every level and could have been handled very differently—if possible I would like the workers name and to speak to her manager, as this behavior exposes an inhumane composure versus not only our local community but customers as a whole. Immediately lost three clients, I feel sorry for those who are uneducated and impolite! Of course our feelings our hurt, but I feel sorry for her dignity more.
the food was loaded up and very tasty. all fresh. enjoyed my meal. the employees were kind and even closed the shades a bit when they noticed it was getting to be a bit much. thank you chipotle

The staff was super friendly. There wasn’t a line and everything was fully stocked. They were out of lids and the cashier was so nice when I told him and came out immediately to restock them. Dining area was clean. Food was great.
Waited in a long line just to hear that it was going to take another 20 minute wait for white rice to be done. This is unacceptable and they should've already had white rice in the cooker when they noticed that it was half way done. We ended up just leaving with no chipotle.
This is an update to my previous review : We haven't experienced any more waits at this location & the food always tastes fresh when we go. We get chipotle atleast once a week and it's always 10/10 now 😁
I had a bowl of white rice with double steak. The steak was so tender! The only negative is that my wife wanted a pop, but the brand that she wanted was out of order. They should have explained or put up a sign stating that.
Very dirty store. While employees stand talking the floors, tables, windows and doors remain filthy. Nothing has changed since last visiting from first review besides no ice now and cold food. Store still filthy and no clean tables. Windows and doors are filthy.
