I didn't know that they don't take your order at the register anymore. Now the have a kiosk where you have to order for your self. Thanks to a nice customer that told me that I had to order a the tablet. Stuff never tried to help. I felt ignored.

Don't recommend the location in Machesney Park
They were out of stuff! The guy who handed us our order looked mad! Customer service could have been a little better

If 0 stars was a rating I would most definitely give it that. By far the worst service I’ve ever experienced. 20 minute wait in the drive thru for a drink is ridiculous!!! Maybe they should hire more help!!! Gave them a second chance after the first experience of 14 minute wait only to have to wait 20 minutes the second time. I will NEVER give this Dunkin my business again!!! Starbucks is 10x busier with service that is 100% better!!

I've only used this location a few times, they don't update their inventory in the app like other locations. each time I've come here they didn't have something I ordered whether it was a specific sweetener option and they chose a replacement without asking if it was ok or letting me know when they handed me my beverage, or they were out of English muffins and had been out but it wasn't reflected in their app location. In all 3 of my experiences I wasn't spoken to like I was welcomed more like they were bored/didn't care or had an attitude

Gave it an all around 3 because it could be better but it could absolutely be worse

Regret coming to this location every time, they always give me the least amount of food and liquids. Their frozen machine is consistently down. Drinks are a scam and so loaded with ice you only get half of what you pay for and they tacked on a surprise $1.40 for oak milk that I did not ask for. Food prices are pretty high for how little you get as well. Can't recommend.

My husband went to pick up this order. The store is definitely understaffed. This is the second time my order has been just tossed together. Probably not the workers fault as they were just trying to hold it together but someone from corporate needs to either close the store to get a full staff or promote the job because this is crazy.

Honestly the food was terrible! I decided to give Dunkin’ Donuts a second chance and they once again failed me. The first time I went I had the 6 dollar breakfast meal and the hash brows literally tasted like motor oil.Like did you guys run out of regular oil or what? And then the coffee had a weird after tastes it was indeed not the bomb.com. The donuts were good tho the chocolate sprinkled one was good but don’t get the sugar donut it smelled like sugar play-doh a tasted only like dough nothing else. Overall don’t go to Dunkin it’s bum bum booty cheek and I don’t recommend .😡

My dad and I both got food poisoning from this location. My dad was the one that went inside to order and he also said that the cashier was not helpful at all when my dad had question about the online app.

Hadn't been to Dunkin in a long time. Had gotten a gift card and treated myself. Dec 4th I drove through drive through and had a very pleasant young man named Tristyn help me with my transaction. Very polite and thankful when I left a tip for him to put in his tip jar. He was prompt at the window and very polite. Cares about his job. Please recognize this young man for being an exemplary employee. Thanks

I’ve gone here for 3 years and it’s gone downhill tremendously in the last year. I’ve found sugar wrappers in my coffee, my coffee is always different it’s never the same, the frozen machine is always down, I’ve had employees argue with me about making my drink incorrectly. I’ve completely boycotted them, however my son still occasionally wants their donuts so I cave. EVERYTIME it’s something with this location.

Waited in line for 20 minutes just to find out they don't have eggs for the sandwiches and I can't get any freebie to make up for it because most of the sandwich i had ordered was egg.
