Your typical Dunkin, inconsistent coffee orders. Never know how it’s going to be made. Word of advice, if you make a coffee and it’s almost white, you did it wrong. It’s very annoying to get flavored milk when you ordered a coffee with ONE cream. I don’t love Starbucks but one thing I can say is the coffee is always consistent, plus it’s just right down the road. If you love flavored milk, then you’ll be happy here.

I feel bad writing a poor review but this is getting ridiculous. Dunkin has a promotion going for the $6 meal deal which includes a bacon egg and cheese bagel. Every single time i come to this dunkin they are out of plain bagels before noon. Now you would think they would order more stock because this is a reoccurring issue AND there’s a promo that inclines more people to buy plain bagels but no. For some reason, it seems yall don’t know how to run an establishment and it’s extremely frustrating. I don’t have this issue at any other Dunkin in the area. PLEASE, teach your employees and managers how to order stock because they are horrible at it. Not to mention i got my drink without creamer yesterday? i didn’t complain because i hate being that person but i had to dump out a full large coffee because i couldn’t stomach it anymore. It’s not my job to tell yall how to make a coffee right when the instructions are right in front of your face. Im a customer not an employee. Just do better. I shouldn’t have to tell yall how to work at a job ive never personally worked at. yall stay ruining my morning.

They were out of bagels and all donuts and it was just a little bit past lunch time. I did end up getting some stuffed bagel bites, but it took a few minutes to get my order as they were taking care of all the drive thru customers first.

If I could give 0 stars I would, I got a hot chocolate and a chocolate chip muffin this morning around 8/9 and my muffin was over baked and my hot chocolate tasted like dirty dish water. Never going there again

I normally don't leave rates and I really don't like to complain. My issue has been whether I order online or I order at the window you guys always forget the bacon on the avocado toast. Legitimately four out of five times. It's ridiculous I now have to make a point on checking my toast to make sure the order is correct. It says it right on the label on top of the box and yet i always need to either sit in the Drive-Thru and check my food or park and come inside to get it corrected. If it's a one-off or an occasional thing it's not that big of a deal but it's a lot more consistent than that. The drinks you guys craft are amazing and the service is polite and friendly I just wish the team would pay more attention to what they're doing. If I'm paying for an additive I expect it to be there. And the fact you have to pay for a pup cup is atrocious.
I guess this is how we give out donuts now in the big 2025😂

I didn't know that they don't take your order at the register anymore. Now the have a kiosk where you have to order for your self. Thanks to a nice customer that told me that I had to order a the tablet. Stuff never tried to help. I felt ignored.

Don't recommend the location in Machesney Park They were out of stuff! The guy who handed us our order looked mad! Customer service could have been a little better

Just want to start by saying I know mistakes happen. Just make sure to repeat and check your order at this location 😅 I ordered a sausage wake up wrap, a blueberry muffin, a Large iced latte with extra syrup, and a 3ct valentine donut holes. What I got : a medium iced latte with extra syrup, chocolate donut holes, a bacon wrap, and a raw blueberry muffin.
Everyone was super nice the girl at the window especially. Gave me the right valentine donut holes, offered to remake my drink, and remade my wrap to sausage. I didn't notice the muffin until I already left and I called and let them know bc I'm pregnant and definitely don't want other people getting raw muffins. She asked if I could bring it back to take pictures but did not have time. I think most of this stemmed from my order being taken wrong bc all my labels were wrong. Either way they did what they could . Just make sure to repeat your order back 🤩
