Went through the drive through and ordered our food/ drink and it looked like the sandwiches were very sloppy and when I took it out of the bag it fell apart. As for my drink I specifically ask for no sugar and it still came with sugar..As for the staff they seemed very short and unprofessional. Definitely wasn’t friendly.Next time I’ll go out of my way to avoid this Dunkin’ so I can get my moneys worth.

I ordered on the app to this location, my order was perfect and every staff member was so sweet! Two female employees at the front were really friendly and kind to my little girl and two male employees even helped carry our dozen donut boxes to my car and held the door for us. Every time we come to this location the workers are smiling and kind! It's refreshing to see young workers so engaged and hospitable!

Went through the drive thru'. Ordered 2 coffees one peppermint mocha other white chocolate something. I asked for cream and sugar, I didn't specify. Gave the kid a 7$ he gave me change no receipt. A while later a young lady hands me my two coffees.One is flat out cold, a hint of coffee flavor no sugar. But just cold bad.The other is meek warm but sour, like the cream has gone bad or something. ?Tried calling about my experience, no one answered. So now I'm typing and I'm not the kind of person to do this. Just awful.

I loved this dunkin! Usually at Dunkins they don't put enough sugar or creamer but when they handed this to me I was shocked to see how much they had put in! Super happy with it! Went through drive through at about 9am and it was fast and friendly so I did not see the inside.

Awful service. They frequently "forget" to give you food items and customer service won't do anything about it. When I called to ask I was hung up on immediately (hadn't even finished my sentence (after I noticed this pattern, I stopped going).

First time, we order from the kiosk because no one assists us. The kiosk inventory does not match the store's inventory and an employee has to come over because he can't complete the order from the kiosk. Second time, weeks later, we wait for an employee because of the first incident. Worker ignores us and snaps at us to use the kiosk when I ask for help because "we are very busy". She meant the drive thru was busy so we left without purchase. It seems they run their drive thru just fine. I do not recommend running in with kids who want to pick their doughnuts though.

Avoid this Dunkin' AT ALL COSTS. A problem every time I try to get something from here. Even when I order it thru DoorDash so I don't have to see the non-welcoming cashiers, they manage to give the drivers the wrong order. And not just this once, but every time I've ordered DoorDash through them. Can't seem to get anything right
