This was just a regular crust pepperoni pizza. The pizza was overcooked and there was 1.5 inches of crust. This location has seriously went downhill, I'll drive to Beloit from now on.

The last time my daughter and I ate from here we both felt a little sick 🤢 this is ex’s why I don’t eat out much I’m skeptical of the way people handle food. I think the customer service here needs to be better one time I walked in and a customer and a worker were arguing because the wait was so long and there wasn’t anywhere near enough staff to help in the kitchen it was crazy. I won’t be going here anymore

Standing at the counter at least 5 minutes guy looked twice and said nothing. Never have anything ready. Can't call the store and order they just pick up and set the phone down. Is making pizza really that hard ?

I understand there must be a new hire working on the pizza side of order, but when this is the 1st time I've had to take a photo to say the Pizza was over done and hardly to no sauce as well as crazy bread was without the proper amount of the Parmesan garlic sauce and the dip was actually Ice cold. I mean if your needing someone I have a Serv Safe and 11 certifications and 3 years of making pizzas,breads and desserts and know the convection ovens. I'm willing to go to work and get the orders out for you.Because this place wasn't bad until today for a pickup at 1942 hours
