I ordered on their website not knowing they use DoorDash and my food was never delivered, and I’ve been trying to get them to refund my money they have a rude manager who won’t listen that DoorDash said that little cesars ordered through them I didn’t order through app so they can process my refund and little Cesars rude ass manager is saying she can’t help me and won’t give me her name or corporate number ! Very rude will never spend my money with them again

I have NEVER been this disappointed in ANY pizza place. The quality of their pizzas have been extremely poor, lack of sauce, toppings just thrown on the pizzas, the crust looks like giant breadsticks. The workers there have ignored several customers and instead of putting people's orders in the pizza portal they were put in the racks behind the registers and sometimes that warmer rack isnt even on and sometimes the orders get cold, they have tried giving the wrong orders to people to get them to leave as well. The people that were there (day this is posted) aren't even asking customers what they're waiting on. A few people left being pissed off because their orders were 15 minutes or later than they were told (or even seen on the app)
Whoever wants to complain, go right ahead. All these 5 star reviews are just from people or bots just to keep a good rating.

I received an email saying my pizza was ready and waited another 20 minutes before it was really done. The line of people waiting was almost out the door and no one was at the counter. I understand being busy but don't tell people their food is done unless it's done.
30-40 min wait for just 2 crazy bread? My how far you have fallen Little Caesars.

Waited 45 minutes for pizza. Several customers in lobby area waiting on orders. Staff not friendly, phone was ringing off the hook and they never answered it. Very very unprofessional and staff act like they just don't care. Might as well have robots.

Waited over 30+ minutes for any "hot and ready" pizza. Not a true marketing slogan unfortunately.
EDIT: Had to add on to this absolutely surreal experience as multiple people waiting on orders 30 minutes over due to see an employee leave to go to a gas station, by zyns/vapes for other employees, and unbox them while 5+ people are waiting on them to make their past due orders. Felt like being in a movie. Could only laugh at the ridiculousness

Management is failing these workers and in turn their customers. Air conditioning is not working in front (maybe throughout store) and employees are using wet cloths to keep cool. This makes everyone looks like they are sweating through their clothes. Management has not made any effort in the last 2 visits to correct this. Management is failing to staff the front and that is causing major delays. I put in an order at 4:20 and had to walk in to see if my order was done at 4:50. Long lines. Long phone holds. I would like some management because you are failing your employees
