Worst place to get pizza. iIt's always burnt takes forever even when you order online, staff is rude, they don't answer the phone. This will be the last time I use this location.

Called in a sausage pizza & 1 Pepsi. Got there & they did not give me my Pepsi. I asked about it & the guy was rude & said, "well get it." There was literally nothing in the cooler. He said then we're out. I said then you owe me money. Some 16 year old girl came from the back & refused to return the money for the Pepsi. She pulled out an Orange Crush from below the counter & said this was all they had. After going back & forth while 7 other people were waiting I left. The pizza ended up being good but being cheated out of the cost of a drink sucks. Never going back.

I love Little Ceasars pizza but unfortunately it is next to impossible to get one lately. The past week and a half I have stopped in 6 times and left because the entire lobby was full and not a single pizza or crazy bread was in the warmer. Little Ceasars main selling point is "Hot and ready" but every one of those 6 times I stopped in they have told me there was more than a 30 minute wait. I can go to another pizza place that doesn't offer "Hot and ready" and get a pizza in around 20 minutes. This used to be my "go-to" for quick pizza but this has ruined it for me.4 years later and I decided to give them another shot. Well 20 minutes AFTER my pizza was supposed to be done and still nothing I went inside to wait. 10 minutes later my phone got the notification that my pizza was done but there was nothing there so I asked an employee. He told me that it was still in the oven 30 minutes after it was supposed to be done. 15 minutes later I finally got my pizza and it was cold. I watched them grab it off a stack of pizzas that had been sitting outside the warmer on a table for a long time. So much for hot and ready. They can't even get you a hot pizza when they make it specifically your order.Update:Was craving some pizza so i tried again. This time they weren't bothering to put any orders into the scan and pickup warmer. While waiting to ask about my order that was already 20 minutes past due (65 minutes from placing order) I noticed 2 pizzas sitting on the floor outside of the warmer. When I was finally able to get through the line to ask about my order THEY TRIED TO GIVE ME THE PIZZAS THAT WERE SITTING ON THE FLOOR! This restaurant should be shutdown if they can't get competent people to work there!

Don't come here!!!!! Every time I order from here I have to wait at least 30 minutes even if I ordered ahead of time. I ordered online for a future time, I show up 10 minutes later than that time and was told "it's gonna be a while" and "do you see all those pizzas bro?" Refused to give refund when I couldn't wait any longer. Like I said in the beginning, DON'T COME HERE!!!!!!!!!

We got the pizza puffs and gave us the ones with pepperoni and not just cheese as we asked. When we got home, we soon realized they were wrong. We called them and explained the situation, and they lied to us and said they were out of the cheese one, so they just gave us the pepperoni ones. In all reality, they made the wrong ones and didn't want to admit to it or make new ones.

Placed my order at 8:40 said it was in the oven at 9:10 it is now 10:10pm over an hour wait for a 1 topping pizza and 2 cheese cups I like little Cesar’s but I have never waited over an hour for a pizza maybe if they didn’t hire drug addict teenagers they would have good business.

We placed an order ahead of time for pick up. Once we got home to set everyone up, the cheese pizza was a gigantic bubble with hardly any cheese, the cheese and sausage was very little sausage, and the pizza puff item was nothing of the advertisement. Very disappointed.

Did an online order for delivery. The wrong pizza order was delivered. I called and they directed my call to a manager. I have been on hold for over an hour and still no answer from said manager. We have been a steady customer for a long time but no more. Understood people make mistakes but when you call to make it right there is no response. Last time to go here not because of the pizza but the customer service or rather lack of....

Ordered a pizza for 9:30, I understand the pizza being late since there was a decent amount of customers and was only one employee there, but the employee was very rude and rolled her eyes towards my girlfriend when she was very polite. Last time I ordered, I got an undercooked pizza but thought it was a one time thing. Will not be coming back until management fixes their issues. They were also out of crazy bread and was given a random item.

I would give this place zero stars waited over an hour for just puffs and wings…short staffed and the guy in this photo guy was very rude and all of us waiting seen him throwing people’s food around in the back after being made saying he’s over it and didn’t want to be there. Very poor customer service. This guy in the photo should not be working here and the manager needs to talk to him about professionalism.

Stopped in to get some bread sticks, 30 minute wait. Lobby full of upset customers having to wait a long time. One customer was waiting for an hour, they kept telling him it would be up soon. Found out they put it in a different holding place and they had no idea it was already done. One young lady in the back was working hard to get stuff ready, but the guy in front had everything messed up. My breadsticks were just stuffed in the bag in one big mess, half cooked. My last time going there.
