After many years of ordering from Napoli, our meal last night was awful. Chicken Parmesan Sandwich and fries were so cold that the cheese had hardened. The bread was burnt on both top and bottom. Both pizzas were cold and burnt. The veggie pizza looked days old. The sauce almost looked congealed. We will not be ordering again.
Have always loved the pizza! Last night no so much! When picking up pizza was told the pizza needed a few more minutes! Not sure why because when I got home with pizza the top was burnt! Bottom of pizza was okay! Pizza didn’t seem fresh! Not sure what happened! Where I work I always recommend we order food from them! After last nights visit being so disappointing will not be recommending.
