Ordered a cheesy garlic bread side for 8 dollars and got a sandwich bun with cheese on it, clearly not what is presented in their menu picture. You can buy an entire sub sandwich for less. Pasta sauce is watery too.

Pizza was not great and had a lot of residual flour. Salad was also limp and browning. People were nice, but food needs improvement. Given multiple chances and have not had a great experience.

The other Napoli is much better.

Ordered a large thin crust pizza, sausage and pepperoni. The pizza was inedible. It was burnt and had so much Italian seasoning, so that we couldn't eat it I called to complain, first complaint since they opened, they will not replace it and deliver it. They expect the customer to pay for the inconvenience and make us pick it up. It was not our mistake

Ordered the combo sandwich that said it came with mozzarella cheese. They charged us $1.50 for the cheese, plus the cost of the sandwich went up from less than a month ago. Asked for the cheese to be dark, well done sandwich. The person taking my order said we'll try. I said just keep it in the oven longer! It wasn't well done and the bread was soggy. From now on, we'll just go to Maciano's, Gullota's, or Nunzios to get our food done the we want it and pay less.

We got our food delivered. The man was really kind!!:) however the food was soggy and cold which was disappointing because my sick moon was really looking forward to eating a meal finally (after being sick for a week)

The staff and food (taste) is always amazing! The only thing that is frustrating is the pizza usually comes with about 2 inches of the edge of the pizza missing cheese or any of the ingredients. These are the last two times we have ordered there. Both times we were charged 6 dollars for the beef as a topping and an extra 2 dollars for cheese and this is how it came.
