We went into the Noodles in Machesney Park on 9/5/25. Delaney was our cashier, she informed us the ice machine was broken and offered to get us ice from the back for our drinks. We went and filled our cups only to figure out all the pop in the machine was flat. I let her know and she right away was apologizing, not her fault at all. She offered me a refund on the drinks, i said that was ok, then she offered us bottles of pop and water from the cooler. She also helped an older...

The staff gave me the wrong food first as there was two orders with the same first name. No biggie, good thing I checked before driving away.
My daughter was disappointed with how much she received in her bowel compared to us and other noodles locations that she's gotten the same Mac and cheese at. My wife was not happy with her dish, she didn't eat it at all. I finished it because I'll eat anything but it honestly was gross. luckily I was really hungry.

Just stopped for quick lunch, hadn't been there in a couple years. Great variety on menu. Prices average. Fountain soda machine not working, only pop available was sugary pop. Water bottles were only option and costly so I shared a bottle with husband. My pasta was as described very simple, three cheese, marinara, noodles of course (5 stuffed noodles exactly), didn't even fill the cheap container it was served in. What I received was so spicy I could barely eat...
