Place is going down hill chow mein was mostly onions and mushroom chicken mosty mushrooms

One of my favorite fast food places. The food is usually always fresh and delicious .
Sometimes it does mess my stomach up tho.
The workers are very friendly and courteous, and the price is very reasonable

I went with great expectations but the food was extremely horrible and smelly!

I got three pieces of steak in the bowl on my birthday. January 7th 2025. I will never go back.

Great Chinese food! My usual is the grilled teriyaki chicken and white rice with teriyaki sauce packets. I also have enjoyed the orange chicken and Beijing beef, even though I’m not really a spicy food fan. They have a pleasant dine in area, and the drive thru is great too. The people working there are very nice.

I moblie order to the wrong location. I called asking for a refund over the phone. Employee told me to cancel order through app. I asked how do I do that and Employee decided to hang up with an attitude. I checked the app was not able to cancel order. I work in the city and come to this location frequently when I visit my family. I only experience one bad incident when the employees ignored me for 45 minutes. Storefront seems to have declined in good service and employees don't look happy. I contacted corporate office to respond to my experience.

Terrible. I order two family meals and all the boxes were half full. I always get rhe same and crystal lake and others serve very well. Unfortunately I live a half our away. No wonder the place has 3.9 stars. Please do not stop by. I got in two family meals what I usually get in one in all other places. The answer that I got from the managers was. Okay and so ehat do you want me to do....
