Can you all please go back to the sausage that was put on a pizza when Papa John's was with pizza hut. And if it's the same sausage why is it so hot spicy?

One of the employees used my phone number after work to invite me to a bar in a hotel. Luckily I always use a fake name when I order but they didn’t tell me who they were and were being incredibly inappropriate. I only went along because I thought it was a friend playing a joke on me. Even after I told them I was 17, they continued to message me in this inappropriate manner. This was a complete breach of my privacy and trust and I keep wondering what if I had ordered for delivery and it was this same man. What would stop him from showing up at my house at midnight. Just a completely absurd experience and I would not trust these people at all with any real information.I have genuine concerns with my privacy after this encounter and experience.

I pick up DoorDash orders here all the time. Love coming here people are great and very helpful all the time. Thanks Pizza Hut. Love your pizza when I order for myself.

They cant ever seem to get the orders rite I quit coming here 5or6 months ago for this very reason decided to give it another try and same thing again this time the manager said he personally made my pizza but managed to put only 2 of the 6 or 7 topping on that we had ordered then proceeded to blame it on a new employee I'm not sure who messed my order up but as a customer of this store for 10 + years I won't be returning corporate needs to come in and clean house this used to be the best pizza hut in the area now definitely the worst

They forgot our breadsticks and then this was the pizza we received. Pepperonis are all burnt on the top. It’s like they didn’t even try. 🤮

I ordered cheese and sausage pizza and breadsticks. Both were overcooked and dry. I threw it in the garbage.

Just had a delivery driver come to my house and literally throw the receipt down on the ground in front of me. I asked him to pick it up, to which he replied "I didn't do that". We've got it on ring cam footage... Called and spoke with the manager who became overly defensive stating the driver "dropped the receipt". This was no accident and quite frankly incredibly rude behavior. The food was disgusting. Under cooked. So if you enjoy being treated like garbage, having things thrown at you, and someone littering on your property... Enjoy?

This was my first visit to this location.. and it was the best experience I've had at a pizza hut! The food was hot and fresh, and they didn't skimp on the toppings like most pizza places do. The girl at the register was so sweet and kind. I had asked for a side of marinara sauce and she handed me 2 and when I got home I noticed there was already 2 in the box! That NEVER happens. My husband and I were very happy with our meal tonight. We will be back!!

Be aware when you place an order online it's going to ask you for a tip. If you pay the tip online when the driver shows up with your slip to sign for your credit card it's going to ask for another tip. When you ask the driver about it he's going to give you some BS about the website doesn't include the tip. Just be aware. Seems like the FTC practices.

My girlfriend placed an order in person and paid. The lady at the counter said it would be about 25 min. She ran groceries home and we both went back to pick up the pizza. It was right around the 25 min mark. Was told it will be another 4-5 minutes. Ok no problem. 15-20 min later the lady says we accidentally sent your pizza out on a delivery. Ok fine make us another one. Sitting in the parking lot waiting a good 20 minutes and I go inside to check again. Supposedly our pizza was given away AGAIN. We could wait for a 3rd pizza or get a refund. We opted for a refund. I asked if there was anything else they could do for our inconvenience. Basically was told no. So after waiting over an hour we received no pizza and no compensation for our inconvenience. I personally will NEVER go to this location again.
