I am extremely disappointed with the manager's handling of customer service. I placed an online order for a pizza, totaling $35, and specifically requested an extra large pepperoni, green olives, and onions. However, the pizza was prepared with sausage, green olives, and onions instead. When I attempted to discuss this issue with the manager, she avoided direct communication, relying on a new employee to relay messages. I found this approach to be highly unprofessional. Not only did the manager fail to take corrective action, but she also refused to engage in a personal conversation with me. The offered resolution, a $5 credit toward a future visit, was thoroughly unsatisfactory. Given the manner in which this situation was handled, I am left wondering why I would consider returning to this establishment, especially in light of their apparent disregard for customer satisfaction.

We decided last minute to stop in at Sam’s on Harlem (there were 18 of us). They were very accommodating to us and the food was great! Thank you for everything!

I asked to be seated in the booths where it was warm. The girl (Olivia) gave me. A look and sat us by the door in a half booth. It was cold. Another table actually insisted on moving. I ordered inside and ate and ordered a togo burger with ketchup on the side. I asked the same girl-Olivia for ketchup she said we do not have packets - I then asked if she had a plastic container with a lid. She filled it glaring the whole time and walked away leaving me waiting for it and an actually nice employee handed it to me and told me her name when i asked. We will NOT be back.

I was there on a Monday night pizza night tradition for me. I have not tried a reality good family style pizza in a long time since last summer...And let me tell you ,the medium pizza set in my own personal cheese burger style was just scoo delicious, thanks for your time and will see you again.

We started with the special salad which was phenomenal, accompanied with the meat tortellini, and meatballs, which were tender and delicious and the tortellini was cooked al dente and perfect. My wife got the chicken Parm with angel hair pasta, which was cooked to perfection. I wish I had taken photos to share! We finished the meal with a New York style cheesecake, which was one of the best I’ve ever had! A must try!! Amber was our server and she was friendly and kind, she also took very good care of us. Shout out to Amber, we need more servers like her.

Took kids to a local arcade and asked afterwards what’s a good sit down place to eat a good pizza and Sam’s was recommended. He told me try the stuffed pizza, that it was delicious. Sure enough. It really was. Service was great. Atmosphere was great. Appetizers arrived quickly and their ranch sauce which they claim is home made was amazing!! Kids loved it! Wanted to come back the next day.
