First time eating here, family of seven were on vacation at the beginning of August; this was by far the best food. My wife even tipped the cook. Thank you, we will definitely be back!

Every single time i go to this place they either forget to give me my cheese or cant be bothered to give me more than one little spoonful. I ordered a large shake and that was only half full too but i wasnt gonna make an issue out of just that alone

Burgers used to be Smash burgers! Nice and crispy, that's where the flavor comes from, CRISPY!!! Now they are like McD's, lazy staff, no pride in the product! Just slap it together!

This place really went downhill. Order at the kiosk you can't even use the pop machine without scanning your receipt. The workers didn't even interact with you at all and no more servers. The food wasn't bad just the overall experience there isn't good anymore.

Clean restaurant, but food is awful. I got explosive diarrhea from just eating a cheeseburger there at 11am today. Avoid this place. No wonder they're about to go under.
We come here a lot the kids love the shakes and normally everything is ok but for some reason today was B's the forgot a large cheese fry then didn't even give me a large for my other cheese fry that didn't come with cheese either I don't know who was working but the staff today just didn't cut it

I'd give it zero if I could. They don't answer their phones at all completely avoid them like immature children. The floor is like you walked into a kitchen where toddlers got together for a pop fight. Don't worry you won't fall you're stuck like glue. They have no regard for time management. The focus is so gone that they can't even hand you the right order let alone take anything specific off of your order. They need a reboot. Stop hiring people that don't care. Maybe focus on people that actual have experience. Just a thought. This place isn't even worth the shakes because if the floors that messy, the bathrooms are unsanitary, id hate to find out how often they clean their shake machine.
