Burgers used to be Smash burgers! Nice and crispy, that's where the flavor comes from, CRISPY!!! Now they are like McD's, lazy staff, no pride in the product! Just slap it together!

This place really went downhill. Order at the kiosk you can't even use the pop machine without scanning your receipt. The workers didn't even interact with you at all and no more servers. The food wasn't bad just the overall experience there isn't good anymore.

Clean restaurant, but food is awful. I got explosive diarrhea from just eating a cheeseburger there at 11am today. Avoid this place. No wonder they're about to go under.

We come here a lot the kids love the shakes and normally everything is ok but for some reason today was B's the forgot a large cheese fry then didn't even give me a large for my other cheese fry that didn't come with cheese either I don't know who was working but the staff today just didn't cut it

Excellent food, and friendly staff but you can only order through those damn kiosks.
I'd give it zero if I could. They don't answer their phones at all completely avoid them like immature children. The floor is like you walked into a kitchen where toddlers got together for a pop fight. Don't worry you won't fall you're stuck like glue. They have no regard for time management. The focus is so gone that they can't even hand you the right order let alone take anything specific off of your order. They need a reboot. Stop hiring people that don't care. Maybe focus on people that actual have experience. Just a thought. This place isn't even worth the shakes because if the floors that messy, the bathrooms are unsanitary, id hate to find out how often they clean their shake machine.

I hadn't been in over twenty years, because this location used to be so dirty. I returned for the alleged beef tallow fries. I'm happy to report that the place is cleaner now, but has basically been converted into a high school cafeteria. You have to order at a kiosk, seat yourself and pick up your food when called. I'm not sure what they expect someone to tip them for, but that option is available on the S Self-checkout?!? Anyway, the food is average and $10 for a combo is a value. The fries did not taste any different, and I frankly doubt they used beef tallow, or even fresh oil for them. I'll check again in 20 years, if they're still around.

The experience has definitely gone down since they've changed the style of their restaurant. I wish they would change it back. The staff at this location is prone to ignoring you as you stand at the counter trying to get someone's attention. The drink situation is bogus. Just sad.

There's no flat surface in this restaurant that's not sticky. The floor is like walking on spilled soda EVERYWHERE, the table tops are never clean, your elbows stick to the table. You have to order your own food at a kiosk which is also sticky. We came back here because we heard that they switched to tallow for their fries and the fries are indeed better than before. But it sadly does not redeem the restaurant from the stain of being a gross place to be and you don't know what is going to get on you because it seems like every surface has had milkshake or soda residue rubbed onto it with a rag. It takes a pretty long time to get your food, the restaurant seems to be understaffed and you have to scan a barcode to get your drink out of the soda dispenser but the barcode doesn't work even though the drink has been paid for and because of being understaffed we didn't even bother trying to get the soda. Once again I'm reminded why we don't go to steak and shake. If they would solve these problems it would be a decent restaurant to go to first thing is they need more staff second thing they need to get this place clean and keep it clean. Maybe the extra staff could help out with that and then there would be less of a security issue with teenagers stealing soda and they wouldn't need that ridiculous mandatory barcode thing. Maybe it's just a sign that society has degraded even more.
