The food was delicious I've not had a steak burger with garlic sauce done so well in awhile! The food was hot, however the booth that I sat in was taped up as were multiple others. Unfortunately there's almost no cushion so it wasn't very comfortable. No real complaints though.

I won't ever eat inside this restraunt again.Order kiosks instead of people to take your order. You have to get your own food when it's ready, but somehow the kiosk still asks for a tip when ordering?? A tip for what? I should get a tip for doing the companies job!!What really turned me off about inside is only one drink size available and the soda fountain is locked out unless you scan a stupid QR code thing. Come on, seriously??? Gotta lock down those $.25 cent sodas....Thankfully theres other smash burger options nearby(Freddy's) that trust their customers enough to not lockout the soda fountain. And they don't have the balls to ask for a tip in a self service establishment.

Amazing host when we came in came right up to make sure we were good on ordering. Got our shakes right away and the food wasn’t far behind. She helped bring food to the table and checked in on us to make sure everything was good!! We need more people like her! Thank you we will be back! :)

Food is good. I gave 5 star on service because i did the service ! When this place opened it was to be like a 50s or 60s ice cream n burger parlor. I never saw happy days placing orders and serving themselves ! My parents never told me they had to type in their orders in this era ?! ?
I felt so unwelcomed in steak and shake. No cashier. No server. No visible employees. No customers. No access to the soda, I need to use a code to get a soda???? A lot of theft on soda? What kind of black mirror episode did I walk into here? Next I will have to pay to sit here.

Typical steak n shake. I'd definitely add more cheese to the fries had I worked here but was good none the less. Did notice there was "receipt police" making sure I actually bought a beverage before getting a cup. Also have to scan a QR code. Seems a bit ridiculous but ?♂️
