When you advertise a Huge Lent menu you should probably have in writing what you are offering when I asked the cashier she was clueless. Not good customer service at all.

I was literally charged an extra $5 for nothing. My order was $12, but somehow came out to be $17.39. Once I realized it, I said something when they brought the food. Also, the food was not up to par; the fries were cold and hard, and the chicken was overcooked. I requested a refund but was met with rude behavior from both the server and manager. When asking about the receipt, she refused to give me a refund, being snarky. I told her I'd take a refund on the whole order except my drink, as I'd already started drinking it. She rolled her eyes, said she couldn't give me a refund because there was nothing wrong with my order, then tried to loudly embarrass me and my friends, explaining the price as if we couldn't comprehend. I told her the price listed on my receipt didn't add up; $5 was still missing. She immediately came to our table with attitude and judgment. It's obvious she was prejudiced, and I will not be back. Being forced to purchase something is disgusting, especially when they're charging for stuff not listed

Food service was very poor order a 8.99 sandwich add fries and a drink they charged me an extra 5.51 on top of the 8.99 plus 2.00 for my pizza puff and the tax total was 1.44 they charged me $17.58 and wouldn't take the food back after I requested told me I have to take the food because it was already made and I haven't even touched the food or took the trey out of her hand very rude place I wouldn't rate this place as 1 star at all

50% of our drive through orders have errors. Onions on something we asked for none, sauces missing, one less hot dog, wrong sized fries… we like the food so we continue to give them a chance, but it is getting ridiculous. They are either short staffed, staff doesn’t care or maybe both. When you drive back for missing items they look at you like you are an inconvenience. No apologies. Just “oops”. Check your bags in the parking lot so you don’t have to go back for missing items and come home to cold fries. Dining in is a better option.

We love coming to Tom and Jerry's when we are in the area. I'm sorry to say we are not happy with our visit tonight. The staff let us sit at the counter as several staffed walked past us. And the food was just average tonight. We are disappointed tonight.

Absolute horrible customer service in drive thru. For an over priced hot dog place their service is really crappy. Its okay to sit in drive thru for a total of 20 min. Between the girl taking money and talking to her friend in the car in front of me for over 5 min. To sitting in their extra parking lot for another 10 min. I only ordered a plain hot dog and fresh cut fries. Got home and saw I was given crinkle cut fries instead of fresh cut fries. I only went there because I like fresh cut fries. I called to complain and spoke to the rudest female manager who hung up on me. HOW HARD IS IT TO MESS UP SUCH A SIMPLE ORDER AND WHAT IS WITH THE LACK OF PROPER CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE AGAIN!!!!!!

Got an Italian beef with mozzarella, fries, and a drink. Paid seventeen bucks for a beef sandwich with practically no meat, it was too tough to chew, and tasteless. Would never order the beef again.

The Universes

I've not had many bad experiences possible twice of the dozens of times I'm here so I'll continue to patronize.

Kid-friendliness: Plenty of superhero characters around so those that are into it like my children may take a liking to the place and fight with each other about which (comic book) era the characters were from or whatever, simple but meaningful time together.

The food is always good here, it’s why we come often. Horrible service!! Today at the MP location our order was missing the two sides of extra sauce we ordered for our gyro I went up to the counter to ask for them, the girl asked the lady staging food for them and she told her to charge me. I explained they weren’t on the tray and she smarts back to me saying “I know they were on there I put them there, go check your other tray” I told her again they weren’t there but went back to my table to double check. They weren’t, I went back to the counter to tell her and the girl in the back started arguing with me again that I needed to pay for them. I asked her who the manager was and she wouldn’t tell me, I asked for her name and she wouldn’t tell me. I asked the girl up front her name and she tells me “I won’t tell you that” when I ask who the store manager the girl in the back said “me” and again wanted to argue with me. Extremely disappointed and the entitlement of the employees is a sure fire way to lose customers. All over what? A side of sauce? After I spent over $65 because we were a party of 5

We ordered delivery a couple years ago and the order was delivered wrong by their delivery driver. I called and they said if I wanted the right order I'd have to go get it. Fine, whatever. Got in the car and they called me back and said I needed to bring the wrong order back with me. Again, whatever. When I got there the employees weren't the most pleasant about the ordeal. Have not been back since. And this was after we ordered once a week and always, always got the wrong order. Great food when it was right.
