11/10 would recommend Tropical Smoothie Cafe. I ordered from them earlier today and while I was so excited for my food, my doordasher took it upon themselves to keep their food for themselves. However, I was connected to a a manger at the Machesney Park Location and she took it upon herself to give a full refund. It wasn’t her problem to handle, but she did any ways and I am so thankful. Smoothies are very good. Paid $2 extra for chicken in a quesadilla, no chicken. Nothing special about the quesadilla. Caribbean jerk chicken wrap tasteless, no seasoning on the chicken.
