Super clean. Decorated asorible for summer. The vibe was awesome. Customer service was perfect.

I looooveee this place, it’s so yummy. The costumer service is so good and they really care about their customers. The smoothies are always so good, they’ve only messed up my order once and they remade it very quickly and were so sweet about it.

I just recently started going to tropical smoothie and the customer service and the drinks are so good! They messed up my drink once and immediately remade it and they were so sweet about it! Absolutely love this place!

My absolute favorite smoothie place!!! The best smoothie is the Beach Bum with dark chocolate, no strawberry substitute banana. The smoothie is always perfectly blended and tastes so amazing. Their peanut butter banana crunch flatbread is delicious as well and pairs perfectly. The staff are really nice and friendly too.

Made one order, it was great came back the next day for DoorDash pickup and they had to confirm that was my order and I said the name but they had to see my phone for confirmation, there are millions of names so for me to get that correct show it’s my order and this sucks cause what happens if I have someone pick it up for me also, I tried a different smoothie and order a açaí bowl and it taste okay not even great, honest I don’t know if I would recommend this place I would say it depends who is working

Wow. Everything was delicious and the service was beyond expectation, especially for a drive-thru order. My order of a sandwich and smoothie also prepared rather quickly.
I usually know how to order exactly what I like, but when I wasn't all together Remy quickly and efficiently guided me through selecting and customizing exactly what I needed.
Truly an amazing experience.
10/10 slay as they say.

Disappointing trip here. Ordered a smoothie at the drive thru… heard confirmation and pulled forward.

Saw someone place a drink on the counter. Saw 2-3 employees cleaning up and walked by the window.

you might as well wait an hour before showing up if you order ahead on the app but even then your stuff probably won’t be ready.

I highly do NOT recommend this place if you’re looking for fast service. Sat at the menu board waiting to order for a good 15 minutes before they took my order. Then spent another 10 minutes in the drive through just to get my order. When getting to the window they didn’t know what order was mine and attempted to give me another order. Like I said before, if you’re looking for a quick stop to get a drink or food, DO NOT COME HERE.
