A solid 3 ☆'s from us. My daughter treated me to breakfast. It was edible. My daughters bacon was extremely flimsy on her sandwich. The prices are alittle high for the quality. My daughter said the employee just wasn't having any of it. It was 7:30 am, she probably didn't get her coffee in. When people order early before work sometimes that morning friendlyness, smile, and great customer service sets the stage for their good vibes for the whole day just sayin'. If your grumpy, tired with a sour attitude, that can easily damper someone's day, but hey... nothing was burnt this time. ?

This is what I got when I was extremely hungry and craving for egg n cheese croissant. Is this how your store works? I understand that mistakes happen, but that doesn't mean you can go ahead and serve them to customers. You would have instead made me wait for a fresh one in that case. I wouldn't mind waiting for fresh and tasty food. I had no time to return and order a new one. Please don't serve this kinda food to your customers. Unless if they are hungry, they don't come to any food stores, so respect that when you are serving food. When mistakes happen plz make customers wait to make a new one, and I am sure ppl would agree with me in this.

They always seem to be out of whatever we're looking for. We also got some drinks the other week and those were very bad unfortunately:(
I would not go here if you want good service! They made my drink incorrectly, and when I returned for a remake, the manager, Christian, said they made it right, and I was wrong, so they would not make me a new one. The only way I could get a new one was to buy one!? Getting yelled at on the way out was a nice touch!

The service here is awful and the staff are very rude aside from the two guys that work here. Don’t rely on being able to use a card or coupon here because 90% of the time their card reader is down and their coupons “don’t scan” even though they are the ones that give them out.

Worse dunkin donuts ever, not sure that they know donut is part of their name. The donuts are always stale, the filled donuts are a joke, they are hardly filled at all. Seldom, if ever, is my entire order correct. It's like they purposely give you the wrong donuts. Went back twice still got the wrong stuff. Save your self the frustration, go to Casey's or Hyvee, better donuts better service.

Nicky the manager is always so nice to me and goes out of her way to make sure other staff members get my order correct. I would also like to shout out christian she is always upbeat and so nice to every costumer. These two are a big reason i come to dunkin everyday. Amazing service.

I don’t even know why I continue to go back to dunkin. Bad service on multiple occasions. Their staff has no patience (ever), heaven forbid you try to order an extra donut at the window (they will close the window and talk smack… even though you can still hear them). Bagel bites- ALWAYS cold inside. I called, someone said they come cold inside. When you look the bites up on the dunkin website it says “try our plain and everything stuffed bagel minis filled with cream cheese, SERVED WARM”. Disappointed and hungry. What a shame.
