Nicky the manager is always so nice to me and goes out of her way to make sure other staff members get my order correct. I would also like to shout out christian she is always upbeat and so nice to every costumer. These two are a big reason i come to dunkin everyday. Amazing service.
The two guys on the afternoon shift are awesome.The two ladies on the morning shift need some retraining in customer service. I ordered a toasted sandwich to-go. When I opened it, it was burnt. I took it back into the store where Lady#1 just stared at me when I showed her the sandwich. When I asked to have it remade, she seemed annoyed. A solid 3 ☆'s from us. My daughter treated me to breakfast. It was edible. My daughters bacon was extremely flimsy on her sandwich. The prices are alittle high for the quality. My daughter said the employee just wasn't having any of it. It was 7:30 am, she probably didn't get her coffee in.
