“mobile order ended up getting a little confused and my drink was slightly wrong, contacted the store and the manager, i believe his name was juwan said he'd happily remake it next time i come in, next time i came in he wasnt even there but the employees helped me out without question, super friendly across the board for both visits :)“
“Ordered a venti and it wasn’t full. Nothing like paying for a venti and getting a grande. Please fill the cup!!!! I did not drink anything out of this. This is the third time this has happened to me at the Macomb Starbucks. Have not had any issues like this at any other Starbucks I’ve been to.“
