Starbucks in Quincy

“The lovely ladies working today were wonderful! Unfortunately, there was an unjustifiably rude customer before me, but these two handled it with enviable grace. My iced latte was delicious and out to me quickly, just as always. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would!“

“Typical Starbucks! I have never ordered food from this Starbucks but their hot and cold coffees and their refreshers are always good. Sometimes, depending on the barista, they may forget to put an ingredient in their Frappuccinos but any time this has happened, they have always fixed it.“

“I did a mobile order for some egg bites and a drink. When I arrived my drink was ready but the bag with my name on it was sitting there empty. I assumed that they were still working on it so I waited. After a few minutes waiting and other people’s food was coming out I said hey was I supposed to tell someone that I’m here so they could make it Or are they working on it. ( I had no problem waiting since it was my day off and they were busy) A lady came over and said I can get you a different one, we don’t have the ones you ordered. So I picked another one and she got it to me shortly. They were absolutely delicious and she also gave me a four dollar card to come back because of my wait. It was unexpected but much appreciated!! It was my birthday so even better. Thanks so much & I’ll be back!“
