“Brand new Starbucks BUT something amazing happened. Little things that make your day. I asked my girlfriend to get a pink drink because I wanted to try it, and she said no. The girl behind the counter was so sweet, she made me a pink drink to try!!! It was so nice.“
“Starbucks is always great! I visit Starbucks about 4 or 5 times a week--I know, I might have a caffeine addiction. Nevertheless, the coffee is always great; even the small sandwiches are really yummy and rather filling. The texture of their bubblegum--after a short while of chewing--is not the best. But one doesn't go to Starbucks for gum--mostly coffee, right! For the coffee- or tea-lover, starbucks will always be a great option with a large variety to choose from. There is something for everyone; that's for sure!“
“Bri is wonderful and so is the entire staff! (I'm sorry if I spelt your name wrong). My daughter and I stop for our morning Frappe and her chocolate milk once a week! Bri remembered my order today and even had my daughters chocolate milk all ready to blend for her! The entire staff is always so nice and makes our morning! Great service and great people!“
“I love coffee! That being said, it kind of follows that I would like Starbucks. Right? I mean, what could go wrong? Service at this location is usually pretty good. Although I often wonder why it takes so long to get through the drive-thru. That could be explained by those who order for the whole office on their way to work, I suppose. No, the only real complaint I have with this location is how often I hear the phrase, "We're actually all out of exactly what you had your heart set on...". How hard can it be to order enough of ANYTHING to ensure you don't run out before your next delivery. Come on! I've just sat in line for 10 minutes and I don't have time, now, to go some place else! Whew! Well, it's good to get that off my chest.“
“I recently visited this Starbucks, and while the baristas are doing their best, it's clear they could use more support. The corporate overlords should consider hiring additional baristas to ease the strain.These hardworking baristas need some extra hands to make the coffee experience smoother. It's a shame to witness Gerbes continue this approach. It’s reflecting a concerning approach to employee well-being.“
“The partners at this location are awesome. The team clearly gets along and works well together and it shows. It creates a rest experience for the customer. Extra points to them for doing a Komodo Dragon coffee tasting for me. As a past partner, this has always been one of my favorites and I haven’t had it in years. Such a kind action“
“This Starbucks has updated to focus on speed to love people through the drive thru. It’s definitely faster than it used to be. No longer has seating inside. If you order online the drinks are ready to pick up inside quickly as well. This is our favorite store to stop at in Columbia. It’s located near Walmart and Hyvee if you need to grab some groceries or other items we love getting the warm croissant rolls as well“
“I’ve always had great service with this Starbucks nothing to complain about the baristas/staff have always been super nice I usually go through the drive through and I go with my grandpa we went one day and we have seen this staff before and he was hesitant on taking our order because he was asking him (my grandpa) if he was james? and he kept repeating the same question over and over again we finally got our order in then we pulled up to the window and he was flirting with my grandpa asking him if he had a wife and if he had a brother and what is brother did and his name I think that’s very unprofessional my grandpa is 76 he just wants his coffee not to be flirted with I just thought I should share this story because it’s uncomfortable to be asked such personal questions I do not know the baristas names but he had makeup on his face again I love this Starbucks but that encounter we had was just straight up weird“
