Alanna helped us welcome everyone in classic Missouri style with the best gooey butter cake, cookies and cupcakes! Four families were able to become homeowners because of this event and we could not have done it without everyone coming together! Kind staff, professional and delicious bakery, community focused:10/10 recommend!”

I ended up going with the Oreo and the cookies and cream mochi donuts, both of which were delicious, and the galbi boneless wings, which had so much tasty crunch and a garlicky, slightly sweet, very flavorful sauce. The staff were very friendly—I can’t wait to taste my way through the entire menu!”

“This place is AMAZING. I started eating poke when I lived chose to stl and have been craving a poke bowl ever since. A little more absolutely exceeds expectations. I got a spicy tuna poke bowl and it was so fresh and flavorful. They don’t skimp on the portions (including the avocado which I absolutely LOVE). My sister got a sushi burrito and was equally in love. The staff is incredibly kind and the restaurant is VERY clean. And I loved all the sticky notes on the wall. There were so many amazing drawings and uplifting notes. It’s such a simple thing that brightens up your day. From here on out, I’m foregoing chipotle as my comfort food and getting this bomb poke.”

“Great place for a German pub in Downtown Columbia, with the flags of the European countries Germany, the United Kingdom, and Belgium, as well as the United States. I came here with my family 2 1/2 weeks ago for my birthday lunch, because we were going to see my sister and brother-in-law and open Christmas presents at their place in Boonville.They don't have much food to offer. But their Bretzels were delectable, especially topped with a few different sweet and savory spreads! So were their Liège Waffles, my main course! As a special birthday bonus, our waitress offered me an extra Bretzel instead of an alcoholic drink. I do NOT drink alcohol, you see. So my extra Bretzel with some whipped cream made the perfect alternative.”

The best part was the supervisor that does the final inspection. He was stone faced serious about the results. They all do a great job. I only took about 30 minutes and that is not at all 🐢 pace.

“I have visited twice for drive through and overall very good. My father was born in Venezuela and I love the food. First I got the Arepa. Very good but the cheese was cheddar and was not melted. This time I got the capacha and empanadas. The cheese empanada was again cheddar and the cachapa used a more traditional cheese, but it was not fully melted. It took about 10 minutes for the food, but I didn't mind waiting. Also, both times I got a solid avocado cream sauce and a hot sauce. The hot sauce was Frank's I believe which I love on wings but not with these flavor profiles. The beef was perfect and the pork was very flavorful but could be a bit more tender. Overall it just feels like some ingredients are cheaper or easier to find than traditional ingredients. If they would use a proper melted cheese on everything and just add some jalapeno to the avocado sauce, it would be 5 stars. A few tweaks and it would be rock star, but I will still be back.”

Each time the staff was amazing and accommodated my gluten allergy like professional with no questions! He was so knowledgeable about the food and how it was cooked, that I ,wondered if he had been standing elbow-to-elbow with the CHEF, who has my highest regards. Joe explained to us how all the seafood is FLOWN IN fresh. This speaks very highly both of Chris Mc D's and Joe, who knew and cared to share this information with us. “Stayed with family for November and December 2022 in Columbia Missouri . Had never been to a First Watch restaurant . This breakfast and lunch restaurant became my new favorite restaurant. Everything I have ordered has been amazing from French toast ,waffles, omelettes , tacos ,sandwiches and salads . Very healthy and fresh food . Would eat at First Watch three times a week during my two month stay in Columbia Missouri. Always asked to seated in Melany's section . But all the wait staff was great !!! Took my 9 year old grandson for breakfast and he rated the restaurant a 10 . He had a waffle and sausage links and hot chocolate. I had the Italian sausage omelette with roasted potatoes. Food is always amazing . Great place to go by yourself with a friend or family . Highly recommended this place .”
