Panera Bread in Columbia

“This is a good Panera and the coffee is always hot and I love the dark roast. I am also a member of the sip club so I frequent several Paneras throughout the country.
What made this place so special is a gentleman by the name of Xavier (I think that’s right) and he offered some of the best Customer Service I’ve seen at any. Hard to tell with just one visit, but he definitely looks like somebody that should be moving into management.“

“Panera is good but if you get a bagel, FYI they give you a very disappointing amount of cream cheese. This is probably my fault for not having got a bagel in a long time, but I was so excited for a big bagel with lots of cream cheese. Back in the day panera would schmear the cream cheese for you and it would just be as thick as you could possibly want. Today I got a tiny 1.5 Oz container. That is three tablespoons if you manage to scrape every bit out of the tiny container. I literally would have preferred two of those on each half, but i went through the drive through and by the time i got home it was too late. The bite size serving of cream cheese was spread so thin I had to supplement with butter just to cover the bagel with a millimeter thin layer. To spend 5 bucks on a bagel and cream cheese and get home and pull this out of the bag was incredibly disappointing, no respect for the schmear. Still giving decent stars because the food was good and now knowing this, I guess I will just shell out for 4 containers of cream cheese next time, but at that point I will probably just bring my own cream cheese....“
