The have a large menu and their options are so affordable!!! It was only about $10 for an entree and side which is a steal these days. And they do not skimp. “Second time dining in here and my friends and I got hot pot last night. I will never understand people who say the service is rude- I think it is very straight and to the point, everyone we interacted with was kind and service was fast. The food here is genuinely some of the best I’ve ever had, and their hot pot did not disappoint. It was $60 with eight options (4 meat, 4 vegetarian), and we were all happy with the portion sizes. I highly recommend Szechuan House to those that haven’t tried it“

“They were usually only open in the evenings, but now they are open for lunch. Also, if you have allergies PLEASE ask. Their menu doesn't list what's in the dish. There is a lot of dishes with Shrimp. I got the authentic Korean dish Ja Jang Mein. That is a wheat noodle with black bean sauce and it had pork, shrimp, zucchini, and onions. This was not a spicy dish. Specify spice level on the spicy dishes. The American Chinese dishes are going to be ok, but to get the good dishes you need to step out of your comfort zone and ask about the authentic Chinese or Korean dishes. Great service. “Food is hot and fresh but VERY bland. Almost no hint of seasoning. Strangest carry-out place I've ever been to. You talk through plexiglass and a LOUD speaker blasts unintelligible unseen voice back at the entire room. A little awkward waiting for your food there. Only diner was very nervous and suddenly scooped up his half-eaten meal and went to his car with it.“

We bought our food and breakfast strawberries. Then walked out. We realized that we had the football balloon in the parking lot and went back inside to return the balloon. The girl working at Hyvee paid for my daughter’s NFL balloon. As a gift, She was so kind and wonderful. My daughter bought the girl working a red flower and more strawberries for breakfast. Every employee was so kind. We always liked the Hyvee near Mizzou for the Market Grill Restaurant, beef brisket, and deli hot foods. Hyvee has the best team of employees. Award winning customer service. Hyvee is a boon to the community. We recommend that you shop at Hyvee whenever you have to make the best of your money, especially for their care for customers. “I would really recommend this restaurant. It is my favorite Chinese restaurant in Columbia, MO. It is the cheapest and best place I can get Springfield style cashew chicken. Staff is very respectful and friendly and food is always made quickly. Price is also very fair and comparable in price to most other fast food restaurants which is a good since it is way better quality than most fast food. They also offer a variety of food from ramen, pho, chicken, beef, shrimp, and also vegetarian options as well.“

“ordered pickup and pleasantly surprised how good our food was! we got a variety of chicken dishes.. Fried rice, lo mein, stir fry, and a couple appetizers like crab rangoon and spring roll. everything was hot and delicious! one of my favorites was also the hot and sour soup. i will definitely be back!“

“affordable chinese food in the mall! the food is pretty greasy but it’s what i would expect from a place like this. still good though, and the prices are very good. the black pepper chicken is not as ‘spicy’ as i would have expected, but pretty good! the bourbon chicken is good too, and the strawberry chicken is sweet if you’re into that. the crab rangoons are yummy as well!“

“Lines get massive but move fast, food is always stupud fresh unless you go in a weird day or weekend. The workers load you up it youre a student too. Main issue is really inconsistent hours. They dont seem to have a standardized opening time. Ive seen them open up to an hour early and also very commonly open half an hour late.“

They were very friendly and apologize for the wait. I rather have fresh food, so waiting was not a problem. The employees there were working as a team to try to get all the people through as quickly as possible.“
