Szechuan House offers good food at a reasonable price. Expect generous portions that often leave customers with leftovers. While the rice was underwhelming, the rest of the meal was flavorful. The sesame chicken was a bit too sweet for some, but others enjoyed it. The presentation was excellent, and the location is conveniently situated near downtown CoMo with a free private parking lot. Customers appreciate the quick takeout service and find the food to be consistently great. The restaurant serves both Americanized Chinese dishes and authentic Szechuan food, with favorites like the Three Pepper Lamb and Cumin Beef earning high praise. Despite being small and in an older building, the quality and taste of the food make up for any minor inconveniences. The hot and sour soup is considered the best in Columbia, and many look forward to returning and bringing friends.
