Tasty authentic Chinese food. Terrible service.
Excellent food! Authentic and generous portions! Be aware that hot on the menu means HOT. Loved the Kung Pao Chicken and my wife loved the vegetables with Chicken. Egg rolls and Crab Ragoons were perfection!
Excellent food and great service.

Szechuan House | Chinese offers excellent food with authentic and generous portions. The menu’s "hot" means HOT, and dishes like the Kung Pao Chicken, vegetables with Chicken, Egg rolls, and Crab Ragoons are perfection. The hot pot, at $60 with eight options (4 meat, 4 vegetarian), did not disappoint, with portion sizes that left everyone happy. The Chongqing Chicken is crispy, spiced, and dancing with that signature Szechuan tingle, while the Dan Dan Noodles are packed with a nutty, spicy richness. The Mapo Tofu is tender and flavorful, and the fish in chili oil is soft and melts in the mouth. The food is genuinely some of the best, delicious, and worth the wait, even when busy. Options and everything about this place is amazing. However, opinions on service are mixed. Some find it very straight and to the point, with kind, fast service and genuine kindness. Others note that the service has always been horrible, with a main waitress who is very unfriendly and angry to be there. Some commenters suggest that American expectations of overly polite service differ from other cultural norms. Despite this, the food is by far the best Chinese in town, offering a true taste of Szechuan cuisine that stays with you long after the meal.
