My fiancé and I went to our local Olive Garden on Easter night. As soon as we sat down, a waiter walked by, and I whispered to my fiance that I recognized the waiter from another time we'd been here! When he came to our table about 5 minutes later, asked us what we'd like to drink, etc. I told him I remembered him from a previous visit, he said REALLY? The food and waiter were great. It was a Monday night, and half the restaurant was closed. On the side that was open, several open tables were available but still had to wait 15 minutes. I don't think they had enough staff. Just seemed odd.

We were surprised as we got there at 5 on a Saturday afternoon and had no crowd. But this was good for us as we were seated and served right away. Our waitress was super attentive. Food was good as usual at Olive Garden. The waitress made this a great experience
